Fun fact Centipedes can't break your helmet if your wearing nothing but a helmet. I wear a gas mask and just go in naked with a mount. Works like a charm
I had the same problem with not being able to kill the baby dinos even though I had pvp enable. What I did was went to the advanced tab then PVE and turn use timer off and it worked.
If you go in poison cave naked with just a gas mask you wont take damage, and arthro cant break your gas mask, but you have to be naked other than the gas mask
Anyone else have a super lazy tribemate? Wants me to get all the artifacts and me fight all the bosses and wants me to make him tech gear. Boy is in for a rude awaking.

For Rhynio taming: You could knock it out first before damaging it. Let it wake up again, so it impregnates your dino. Takes longer but is safer.
