Denali, the cabins, food and nature seem marvelous. Kayaking, biking, wow... Seems so cool. Awesome love the idea of a sauna. Peaceful too!!! Food looks great too!!! I want to go one day. It seems so personalized and peaceful
My brother, Chris Hudson, is the Operations Manager for the Denali Backcountry Lodge. Maybe you met him while there. He is the reason that place is what it is.
Great video. I was at the Denali backcountry lodge for a weekend in 2016. I arrived after the weather changed in September. It rained every day. I do need to go back earlier in the summer.
Glad you enjoyed honestly we got so lucky with the weather. I heard how it is one of the hardest mountains to see the peak of because of weather. However so glad we got to experience this slice of heaven in the backcountry
Searching several lodges, those between around Denali. Not many, to our liking & price. Probably just stay in the canvas tent. About five days hiking Denali, then it's on to Gates of the Arctic, for another five day hike. Hoping for some mountain biking in and around Lake Clark and Katmai. Being a conservative from New York, just may stay in Alaska.
it is really amazing here and hopefully they will rebuild the road out there to get it more accessible, but because the landslide it is the only way to get out there atm
If you had to pick- helicopter or airplane? It would be for a tour, not staying in the backcountry unfortunately. I just can't make up my mind after so much research.
I also show in another video the unique ways you can experience the park from the entrance area and other parts of the park. They are rebuilding the road out there but for now this is how businesses there were able to survive by pivoting after the landslide took out the road.

Absolutely breathtaking scenery, this whole scenery is spectacular!
Thanks so much :) it was actually the most serene experience out there in the backcountry

Nice I would love to go to Katmai and Lake Clark one day. One of the other guests also went there from Denali. It looks amazing as well.
Wish I had the money to stay there. Beautiful

I heard that some geography classes in certain other countries teach people that Aconcagua & Denali are on the same continent.
Hola Sarah Fay

I would do the plane in Denali there are also ways to land on the glacier on Denali as well.
Just do it
Right!
The wealthy can enjoy a national park, that is special, isn't it?
