oh no worries about the bears! Denali has only had one fatality and that was because he got WAY too close. The views from the top must be amazing!@@alfredodejuan390
Loved the geology part, as it was once part of my job I learned :) Geologists can really determine when soil slides happen exactly. Once my boss predicted a slide that happened 10 years later and he was 1 month close to the slide :)
I love Alaska so very much....your videos simply make it that much better with the amazing photographs and music ! Thank you so much...I cannot wait until I return to Alaska next year. Cora and Jose....you guys are the BEST!!!
Yes, we did make it all the way to the end. We were very lucky to see all five major animals, most of them up close and personal. We spent a couple days at Back Country Lodge at the end of the road.A fantastic experience!
❤ So wish you had been able to go to mile 95, end of the road. Would have loved to hear you narrate the amazing story of Fannie Quigley. 😊 Her small cabin is there. She lived alone, for years, had cots & food for trappers passing through. 2010 on vacation , I took the long tour . My driver was from CA, doing his 10th yr. I was blessed, bc they only let him do that run once a week ! They had him doing the History Tours ! He would study the history every off season. It was a day I will never forget ! That day was 13 hrs ! Got rained on 4 times, but got to see Denali before & after each one. Each time we could see the storm coming ! The driver would say in 2 hrs we will get wet. He was right all 4 times ! That's how vast the wilderness is there ! Leaving, just like you, we seen a majestic bull Moose, causing " A Moose Jam !" We had made it past the gate so there were vehicles blocking the road bc everyone was out taking pics ! 😮Yes, dangerous ! Our driver got on his radio, called for help to break up the jam bc we were so late getting back !😂❤😊 So blessed to have met ya'll!! Love you, love what you do in sharing your talents & creativity, love your bus and your channel !! Thank you for sharing those blessings to all you meet physically or virtually. May great blessings continue to shower you. ❤
Hi Sheila! How's the snow up there? Here in Seward, we got wholloped! Wow, what an amazing journey you had going into the park! Who knows if we'll ever have that experience, as the road will re-open long after we've left Alaska 😥 It would be amazing to do it. Sending a big hug from Seward!
About 34" total at my place, for the 3 storms. Was exhausted from shoveling.( approx. 7k Sq ft) Still have the last storm of 15" to shovel. Lol ! Temps then dropped as low as -17. So all is ice. High for today was 5°F . Tomorrow high will be 25°F , yeah, will attack it then. So glad to here from you. Stay safe & cozy in Seward !! ❄️☃️ Sending hugs, & warm thoughts & love from Talkeetna !! ❄️🩵 Happy 🙏Thanksgiving !! 🫶
¡Impresionante Denali!
One of my top3 places in my bucket list is Serra da Capivara, here in BR. It would be the perfect dream to visit there with you. I'm convinced that any place is much more interesting with Cora's point of view :) Am I right, @Dave D?

I am planning a family trip to Alaska this July. This is the best video I have seen yet on Denali park. Very well put together. Great information and great quality. Thank you.
Hurray!! That is EXACTLY why we made this episode - we wanted to help enrich others’ experience of Denali. So happy it has helped you plan your trip. You are going to LOVE it!
This is the best video of Denali I've seen! I'll be visiting next week and I'm looking forward to boarding the green buses! Great content and amazing story telling!
Love the geology lesson. I know exactly where you parked on the Nenana. I used to recommend that spot to tourists. I would've recommended Cabin Nite dinner theater show at the Denali Park Village hotel at Mile 231. It's entertaining, fun, and lots of food. The Savage River Loop trail is a fun and beautiful hike. Wow, you even talked about the Pretty Rocks landslide. Most locals don't know about that. Since you're so interested in history, I recommend reading Shem's Pete Alaska.
I've been to the park. It's wonderful! It's the first place I saw a grizzly bear in the wild. And moose!! I was so lucky to see the peak of Denali on a beautiful clear day. I was able to get some wonderful photos.
Thanks so much for this excellent video. On top of great scenes along the way, the explanation on geological build up and natural history of the Alaska Range definitely help us appreciate how the region came to today and what to expect. We surely learn something new every episode. Thanks again.
Our family did almost an identical trip to Denali National Park like you guys did in June 2024. The weather into the park was identical, and we didn't see Denali because of the clouds. I didn't stop at the mountain Vista but did check the dog sled. We saw dall sheep's, moose, grizzly bears, carribo, ptarmigan, fox, ground squirrel, and artic gull.
Oh wow, sounds like it was still an amazing trip! You saw bears! That's amazing! We have been to the park tons of times and have never seen a bear. Not a single time!
Question. Did you leave your bus in the pull off while you went to explore the park? We have plans to be here this coming summer. So excited. Lynn and Danny
That’s awesome! You guys are going to love this park! The park has a visitor center where you can park your car or RV for free and then you can take the Park’s bus system to explore the park.
🎉POLL TIME! 🎉 Is Denali National Park on YOUR bucket list?!
Not at this moment. I'm not sure I could run away from a bear right now. But I'm curious about the views from the top.
Still on my bucket list 😏
Now it is!!! Thanks for an amazing show!
Definetly!
oh no worries about the bears! Denali has only had one fatality and that was because he got WAY too close. The views from the top must be amazing!@@alfredodejuan390
Can't wait to watch!!!! LOVE Art we there yet!
You guys are the best!!!!
wooop woop! 😊 sweet shot Jose! The advantages of more glass😊
Always humbling to see how we captures the places we visit, right?! There's like the "in life" version and the "through Jose's eyes version"
Another great video. Alaska is amazing ❤
Agreed 100%!!!!
Loved the geology part, as it was once part of my job I learned :)
Geologists can really determine when soil slides happen exactly. Once my boss predicted a slide that happened 10 years later and he was 1 month close to the slide :)
That is incredible that he got SO close to the exact time it happened!
I learned that geography classes in certain other countries teach people that Aconcagua & Denali are on the same continent.
Well that's interesting! So they would consider North and South America one continent. Most interesting!
Bucket list in next life! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the depth of your geological information. Gracias🙏🏼
I'm so happy you appreciate it! I love teaching it!
This looks simply spectacular, what a wonderful place! 👏👏
It really is an incredible place!! We just love Alaska!
Awesome to see the summer-winter comparisons. Really appreciate your take on Denali. Learned so much!
Glad you enjoyed it!
The contrast is pretty cool, right?!

Yay!!!!! Thank you so much, Bob. This means SO MUCH!!
Thank you for taking us along. My wife and I are disabled and can no longer travel to area's like this. We love your videos 😍
Oh we are so grateful and happy you are on the journey with us! Sending a hug!
Your videography is incredible and paired with your extraordinary storytelling make them even that much more enjoyable!
Carol, thank you for this beautiful feedback!
We’ve been there twice and it is our most favorite NP.❤
It is an amazing place! Did you ever take the bus all the way into the park?
