    I have some defective items that need to be sent back for a replacement and am having a heck of a time finding someone to be able to help me . I was on hold with Tupperware for 20+ minutes and nobody answered the phone . I've emailed and got no reply . I've messaged a local distributor and she said she's talking to her director but hasn't got back to me . Can you help me file a warranty claim ?

      I can. But, at the moment out warranty ordering system is not open to us just yet. They have been making and updating our back office. It's supposed to be up and running in a couple of weeks.
