This message was so refreshing, but it also broke my heart into a million pieces. My husband left me and our kids last yr. I thought he was a true believer, especially after getting baptized a few yrs ago. I've been hoping, praying, fasting, and no change. So it's time to get things finalized legally. I've lost all hope for restoration and redemption. My kids are hurting, and I'm tired of being a doormat..
Don’t ever lose hope. Our God, Jesus is the God of Hope. You must trust God has plans for you, plans and purposes to do good and not harm, to give you hope for the future you desire (according to His good and gracious and perfect will). If you’ve lost hope, then I lovingly want to tell you, because I wish someone would have told me, that you too are or have walked away from God and from seeking Him diligently and from asking and from knocking and reading His Word and Praising Him in this very painful storm. Please don’t give into the enemy. I’ve been where you are and my kids and my life suffered cuz I too lost hope and then started being the pilot of my plane and leading my own ship. Please read Priverbs 16:3 and open God’s Word every day. Soon you will see what a Best best best friend Jesus is and how very helpful and close the Holy Spirit is. I’m telling you, He wants to bless your socks off but you have to accept His love. That was my big problem too. God showed me that and He will show you everything too. I learned I had to ask and I had to learn to ask because I never could ask my parents for anything without getting put down and beat up. I’m telling you it’s true, you will be singing at the top of your lungs, “He turned me around, He placed my feet on solid ground 🎶🎵😊❤️👍🎵” Pray with your kids and ask God to help you trust and obey Him and show you how. I did when I was at the end of my rope and had nothing to live for. …well that was the lie I believed. But I remembered what God can do and did and the Holy Spirit never stopped nudging me. Wow the 36 min 39 seconds spot and this whole message. Oh Praise God!!! Jesus is your husband too and He will love you like you’ve never been loved before. Wow!!! Your name is Rebekah I just noticed. Well God called you by name. Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. I’m praying for you.

I do feel like there's nothing else to hope for regarding my marriage. It's such a painful thing when someone you love and see so much potential in treats you like utter trash. But I know God's plans and ways are higher than mine. I do read His word daily/multiple times daily- both alone and with my kids. It's almost 5am now and I spend my sleepless moments listening to sermons just trying to get closer to God and I continue to seek wisdom and discernment. But I understand what you mean for sure.
I don't know why things happen the way they do, especially since I've been through sooooo much since honestly before I was even born [my mother tried to unalive me while I was in her womb], and it's so easy to look at my life and wonder where He was/is through it all. And now that my children also have to experience the feeling of rejection? Whew- it's so hard to bear. But I know God's Word is infallible, and He has never nor will He ever leave us or forsake us. Thank you for that reminder!

Don’t lose hope because the Bible says God in all things for the ones that love him and who are called according to his purpose. I lost my wife 2 months ago 37years young suddenly en route to start a new life together with our two daughters. Now it’s just my girls and I. Don’t lose hope we may not understand him but don’t lose faith in God. God bless you

I definitely needed to hear this message today, as I have been burdened with accepting blame for the demise of our marriage, when really, the omission of leadership from my ex-husband very quickly invited in the serpent. The serpent won in our family, he has won over my boys, and I am so fearful for them. Pray for my boys that break this generational curse: my dad, their dad, and the grandfathers...all accepting of the serpent.

What's been going on in my family from generation to generation is broken. I cried to the regarding divorce in my family and household. The only marriage that's to be a model for my grandchildren was about to crumble. I cried to Lord our God and Father, and said if this one marriage left breaks, I don't know whether I will still be able to stand at Your altar of Grace; at the pulpit in any of your churches and preach with the confidence I've been preaching. Thank you, a remnant is saved to proclaim the sanctity of marriage and the husbands-fathers who'll take responsibilities for our family and generational families to come. From South Africa.

Thank you for this powerful message Pastor Franklin. So needed in the body of Christ. It has been my prayers over the years for men and fathers to arise and lead their families and shepherds of the churches in alignment of the Word as kings, priests and prophets. When a married couple honours their marriage covenant and are aligned it brings a great covering over their children. Derek Prince explains it so well in his book titled Husbands and Fathers which should be read by every couple and head. When the head fails that’s when the serpent bites the woman and children. If every member of the family understands their role and aligns according to God’s Word the enemy cannot stand against such family and house of God. At the same time if we women can play a powerful role by getting out of the way of their head however imperfect they make look and trust and allow God to work in them and not take it in our hands in deception to help the Lord and manipulate etc for it won’t work. I have been there as a woman, wife, mother and have wasted many years. I would also say the other book that greatly impacted me was by John Bevere titled Under Cover and Honour’s Reward which every member of family should read. Other books give good insights on Ahab spirit in men when they keep silent then without realising it gives strength to a jezebelic spirit strongholds in the woman. John Paul Jackson’s book titled Unmasking the Jezebelic spirit & Needless Casaulties of War are great tools for families to attack the serpent rather then attacking one another. Lastly one more book that is a must read for families is by James B Richard titled How To Stop the Pain. These have been great life savers for me. Hope it blesses even as we pray and believe for divine order in families and house of God to manifest where there is misalignment and we as a body understand and humble in the responsibility and accountability and be brutally honest with ourselves, God and one another and not give room to the enemy. God is gracious and can redeem all that has been lost. May God bless us all and redeem all that the enemy has killed, stolen and destroyed in every area of our lives. May the hearts of the fathers be restored to the children and vice versa even as we all make peace with God so He even makes our enemies stay in peace with us. Let’s together war against the enemy and his works and not against our own and save our families and house of God from breaking apart. ❤️

Well my question would be,I had one son,he was my only baby,but I lost him a few weeks ago 😢,but I don't know if I'd still count as a father😐😮💨😮💨😮💨,..very sad because he always called me and say,I love you dad,but I won't hear those words again ..I have my only father ,and love my God!!!
