    The monthly is a great page for an emoti/sticker a day to track your mood/activities. On the monthly in the side bar you can number down the days and then put your stats like total calories or whatever for a visual of the numbers in one place.
    You could also use for workout plan or 30day challenges.
    You could use the cal-index for a symptom tracker. And bloodwork stats thru the year.
    Glad you are doing well on your surgery. I hope you continue to have success. I know that stomachs can stretch from a small size to normal size (learned with my father in law had stomach cancer and had much of his stomach removed) so keep a food log to keep track of your nutrients and also amounts is a great idea for success.
    You should definitely check your iron and also D3 levels but also give yourself grace and time. Your body is healing and adjusting to being invaded for surgery and that can exhaust it. And watch water intake with iron because it can cause constipation. There’s actually some prenatal vitamins that have an added stool softener which can be super helpful to get the vitamins but be kind to the gut.

    I love the little bits you’ve added to your cover, they are so cute. And like I said, you can just change them out when you’re ready. And the coping statement at the bottom is perfect. Be careful of iron. It can be good but too much can give you constipation, which is miserable. Good luck.

    I enjoy your set up videos soooo much! I was chuckling when I could hear your pup snoring because confession: when I first started following you last year, I assumed it was Chris having a nap on the couch, LOLOL!!! 😴🤣😂

    I like the idea of using the TCMC emoti head stickers as mood for the monthly. Emoti head per day.

    Also, with going to court... I had to go to court when I was 13 years old because my ex step grandfather SAd me.... It WAS awful but the power you feel knowing your voice is being heard... Its a powerful feeling and you WILL get through it. Im not sure what your case is about but I do want you to know that you are stronger than you think. Women are capable of anything. And this person no longer has power of you, their fate is in YOUR hands. So try to think of it this way ❤ you got this!!!

    Hey Becky, I just set up my first a6 this evening, and for the last couple of weeks I’ve been using the front month’s section in December for my shopping list, grocery’s etc.
    The monthly “bar” section could be for Monthly Vitals, then each square could be for water, sleep, cycle & mood with your dailies for a food log.
    I have something similar I’ll be doing in my a5 Sterling ink compact (making it useful for 4 years).
    Your setup looks great thanks for making this video!

    You could track all your vitamins and minerals, protein, water, exercise, weight, B12 shots, blood tests. Or even side affects, dumping, what goes well, what doesn’t. Mood etc. the tiredness does go. Make sure you get your 3 monthly B12 shots from the GP and bloods. Love this set up x

    Ive been watching all your older videos because im having such a time getting motivated to set my stuff up... And still waiting on my correct sterling ink to be sent.. my main planner so im a little ticked over that but i was told they should go out this week. Anyways, came across a video where you showed your desk and your kiddos and thought that was super sweet! You should do a desk show again soon! I thought it was great ❤❤

    hey becky, great minds think alike, ive just recently ordered this planner for me, i did originally order a A6 techo original but i found its too much schedule/ functional minded for me, I'm planning on destashing it I just needed something for journaling or logging my health like you're doing i find this planner has more space as the layout is different , i love your deco your using !!!! take care tania

    Edit: Monthly idea. Maybe an end of day, general short phrase, check in on how you felt that day; health-wise.

    For the yearly section, I would divide it into 3 or 4 sections and use it for a tracker for weight, total calories, total grams of protein for the day, and maybe total water consumption. In the monthly section, maybe a mood tracker to see if there is a correlation between what you eat and how you're feeling and/or a fitness tracker.

    Maybe you could use the monthly to write one thing that made you happy, laugh or are grateful for e.g. dog snoring? Then it's something to quickly look at if you're feeling down.

    Just came off an iron regime after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I wouldn’t take it without your Dr monitoring your bloodwork. I know you said you were going to have some regular bloodwork done, let them tell you whether to start iron and when to stop. There is some type of iron excess that is as bad as the deficiency.❤

    Yearly for tracking calories intake and monthly for favorite foods eating that day maybe 🤔

    Maybe the yearly tracker can be an overall weight loss review. Certain colors for 10 lb, 20 lb or 30 lb lost etc. Also you could track when you go down pant size or shirt size. Maybe if your rings need to be resized, different milestones like that, that may not be always on the scale.

    You’re gonna feel challenged some days with your diet and recuperation. My daughter had to write down a daily “how do I feel today” - why dont you write that down in the weekly section and try use one word to describe it????? (I’m from sydney aust. )
