- The plaintiff says she and the defendant are longtime friends. She loaned her pal some money, but she hasn’t been repaid, so she’s suing. The defendant says the money was a gift and claims the plaintiff’s son even threatened her.
Case #25184

I laughed so hard when they plaintiff apologized and said "because you had to take me there!" I love these two women. I hope they fix their friendship and don't go down this path again.
I love these two women. I hope they fix their friendship and don't go down this path again - 💯💯😊😊
Yeah that part was hilarious
Yes you could feel the love behind the beef
I’m so sorry your grandson passed, I can’t imagine the heartbreak. My grand baby is my everything.
At such a young age too. :(
The poor plaintiff is really going thru it, and seems like a genuine person.
"I really apologize for that...that you had to take me there." 😭😭🤣🤣
“I was playing the monkey.” 😂🤣 that was cute.
Fiancé picking up a bottle ready to fight.. he need to picking up a application and help his woman pay them bills 😂😂
Amen!
The fiancé would've had to go....exit stage left⬅️⬅️⬅️⬅️
Thank You! She the only bill payer in the house! But he ready to fight when she owe the money back
Agreed 💯
🗣🗣🗣🗣Message
Her and her fiancé couldn’t scrap $300 together 🥴
With her being the only one working.😊
DON’T LEND YOUR FRIENDS MONEY!!! Either make it a gift or keep it in your pocket! Life is TOO short to argue with friends about money. ❤️
Or, before money leaves your hand, write up a Promissary Note and make sure she signs it while clartifying to her its a LOAN. She won't be able to squirm her lying self out if it after signing the Promissary Note.
- o
*clarifying*
Dont loan it to relatives either. Trust me. Haven't seen some of my kinfolk in YEARS because of this.
If u can't lend your freinds money u don't have any freinds
The defendant is dead ass wrong. That woman is a gem. She should be so lucky to have someone like the plaintiff in her life, someone who has her own shit got going on and yet still goes out of her way to help this bum out.
Well I'm sure she messed up now I'm sure she would never help her again they say don't never bite the hand that feeds you
So I takes da nex day, Wait What?
Just typical for the race but the plaintiff isn't typical. She's human. The defendant is your typical stereotype. That's WHY we get so upset. You give and give and the bums light your house on fire or shoot you. That's why I say, "they should have all gone back home but they killed Lincoln so it didn't happen." Damn
Defendant is a cancer for the petitioner. Let her go and make friends with white. We will gladly befriend you. Petitioner is the whitest black person I've seen in a ling time. Defendant is typical loser bum.
@@janiewolf117 there is a culture of entitlement but it is not limited to the black race. It is being taught to kids of all races and confirmed in universities. They have gone after the ignorant poor and making ignorant educated who have never know true sacrifice or poverty. The poverty lifestyle in the US is another form of slavery. Look at the Native American and the Afro American in inner cities. Modern day plantation and they continue to vote for the master.
It’s so funny how woman be screaming about they “fiancé “ but borrowing money and owe money to other people! He should be out there getting money for the family 🤷🏽♀️
👏👏 Straight FACTS
I agree
Right!
Deadbeat fiance 🤣😅
That " Piece Of Man Is Better Than No Man " mentality 😩
The plantiff seem like a genuinely sweet lady
yes, she seems very sweet. I mean she was picking up the defendant's child from Daycare, that's really nice.
I adore her. She is good people ❤
I hope she is well and find good people to love her back the same way
Yall women crazy how u got a fiancé but u r the only "Bill Payer" n ur house
I would’ve kept that detail to myself
🎯🎯🎯
Ppl do what they want or he could be disabled. You never know
@@pay_attn Then he should contribute his disability for food etc. Even disabled people have to pay to live
Ain’t no way. Homie better be sick/disabled
Im usually not a sucker for tears in courts but she just mistreated this lady & took advantage of her kindness. The defendant ought to be shamed.
I'm so disgusted with these supposed recievers of "gifts." Just liars!
Agreed
Users and abusers
everybody had a good little laugh in the end though. you can tell it’s still all love!
The judge has a real peacemaking spirit. I love how she reminds people of what’s really important. I thought she would make them hug, but I’m glad they eventually did it on their own.
The friend behind her trying not to cry along with the plaintiff broke my heart. RIP grandson. :(
I love how whenever there are friends fighting over money the judge tries to bring them together to realize it’s not worth their friendship 💞
I’m happy that it was a small amount. My mother passed with various family members owing money. Don’t loan money to anyone if you aren’t a bank or credit union.
True💯
"I really apologize for that, that you had to take me there!" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Gotta love Aunte ❤...she said Sorry u had to take me there 🤣
I lent a friend $2000. She would make payments, then of course promised to pay with tax return. That never happens. Didn't for me. I forget how much she owed me. I just had to let it go. It was eating me up and not worth my health. Never did it again.
I lent my aunt the same amount of money. She said she was going to pay me back yet she never did. I will never lend out money again.. at least not a big sum of money. The most a person will get out of me is 5.00, 10.00 dollars.. and that's not going to be often.
Still friends?
Good for you!
I pray everyday for a friend like the plaintiff 🙏🏿
Agreed! Friends like that are few and far in between… She seems to be such a sweet, genuine person with a gentle soul. The defendant is lucky to have a friend like that in her life!
Me too!
Yes🙏🏾
But why? She's a drug addict, she involved her son to make a scene threatening the defendant for the money, only picks up her kids if she gets paid, then talks about it like she's doing it out of the kindness of her heart, took her to court ... Who needs an old loser friend like that?
That was the cutest saddest case I've ever seen. Glad there was love and laughter in the end.
I liked the ending when they hugged outside the courtroom.....this just goes friends have problems and friends can work them out.
This isn't a Disney movie this is real life ..the plaintiff needs to stay the hell away from her...that was bullshit for her the camera
There’s two adults in the defendant’s house and they couldn’t come up with $300 for the daughter?
That’s what I’m saying . And she said she’s the only worker in her home
The Defendant doesn't even see that, so she burns the bridge.
My heart goes out to the plaintiff.
Lending/giving anyone money is always a problem and a bad idea.
💯 agree
Yes it is only for the takers I don't want to go walk around thinking that you owe them something
SMH. I'm 44 years old. My dad told me a LONG time ago when I was a kid to "never 'LOAN' someone an amount that you can't afford to do without. If they pay it back, then fine. If they don't pay it back, then it's still fine because again, you didn't loan them an amount that you couldn't do without."
@Zephyr Dahn Yes!!!! It really does.
I feel the same way. As a matter of fact, I don’t loan. I only give. If someone needs $200. I probably wouldn’t loan it them. I would just say here is $50 that you don’t have to worry about paying back. They would have to ask someone else for more. I just give what I can.
58 with a 30yr old friend, that fought her. smh disrespect is real
These two beautiful ladies made my day at the end- what a great friendship that unfortunately went off the rails temporarily. Glad they made up.
I stopped loaning money to friends and family for this exact reason. So now I simply say I don’t have it.
Isn't it unreal how desperate they are for the money, then so thankful to get the money, but won't pay you back. I don't like being treated like this. I don't give money to anyone, no matter how desperate they might be.
@@lissanne9769Yes , it is and then they always conveniently forget. So I got tired of chasing money and being the bad guy.
@@420virgo
Hi Robyn, I've felt the same way. I'll just bet that when you ask for YOUR money back (and promises were made about giving it back), suddenly you are mistaken. "You didn't give me any money" or "Didn't you give me that money ", with no respect for what you did for family or friend. We've been in the same boat, my friend. Well, no more, my money is mine, because they never had any intention of paying it back, ever. I've got a sister who owes me over three thousand dollars. When I confronted her, she got very angry and asulted me. But she has always thought that I was made out of money. I've always worked hard, she's doesn't, but she feels initialed to my money. Good luck Robyn.
I feel for you.
@@lissanne9769 Yes exactly, They were going on trips ect, and just having a good ole time. While knowing they owed me money. It got to the point where I was writing out promissory notes. I’m glad I finally learn to say no. Thanks Lissanne 🥰
I dont lie to them. I tell them they ain't getting it.
Plaintiff breaks my heart! You need better friends, mama! I wish you the BEST!!! 💜
**Well I’m glad they made up! I wouldn’t want my mom to be her friend anymore 😂
They did a lot of screaming at each other before court and almost ruined their friendship, but they’ll be alright!
I really love this episode!!
Well at least they were able to laugh and hug it out... that was sweet.
I felt so bad when the lady started crying. Her feelings were hurt!
Me too!! 😭
My prayers to the plaintiff . A wonderful lady , despite the loss of her grandson , and undergoing chemo . She should cease contact with the defendant , who is a pathetic piece of work .you don’t need people like the defendant around you .
Never tell anyone that you came into money. On the other hand, don't have a child with a man that can't immediately bail you out a $200 loan.
For real. News stories report people killed.
Reading is fundamental!😮
Me: listens to the entire case
My only takeaway: “I was the only bill payer in my house”
😂😂😂
My heart and prayers goes out to this lady
Anyone grabbing a bottle ready to fight in front of a toddler is Krazy 😡😡😡😡
The plaintiff seems like such a sweet lady, it’s unfortunate how genuine ppl are often mistreated 😥😓 I pray for her and her family
Amen
They got me in here crying😂😂😂
Gratitude is the most fleeting emotion
Aww that ending. I hope they can work through this. Love these women ❤
Yes Judge only $240. That's alot of money, especially if you someone who lives in poverty. I love the end and hope these ladies work it out
At the end of the day, they love each other. I really hope their friendship can be fixed!
I love when the judge gets super into their back drama 🤩🧐🤩🧐
How many people have the kind of money to give as a gift, no way, you think because she won some money, you want part of it. Ahhh... they hugged it out, they deserve one another. I am so sorry about the plaintiff's cancer and I hope she beats it.
This was the best ending I've seen so far. You can tell they're really good friends.
I hope their friendship re-grew after the case. The situation blew out when everyone felt disrespected so now it's all off their chests and the money is settled they can at least not have animosity
Hell no once you cross me you don't get another chance to do again...
I don’t think they should keep this friendship the defendant is not a real friend at all; once you show me your Azz you never have to worry about me ever again, I will speak when I see u in the streets but absolutely nothing else!!!
Fiancé doing a lot to not be paying bills 😮💨
There's absolutely no way in hell. I'm having a fist fight with one of my friends. And we remain friends. That's absolutely insane 🥴
Plaintiff said I’m not a gangster but don’t push me 😂😂
This lady is going through so much, how can you do that to her? Pay her the money you owe her.
She made $7000 but how much has she spent on the casino? That's the real question.
How is that relevant to the actual court case???🤔🤔
That's is nobody business but her it's her money
And she a grown woman not a child 🚸🤔✌🏿
This one was my favorite Especially how they made up at the end real friends know how to do it
They are both too old to be so petty
Why she borrowing money if she has a fiancé? That's crazy.
Why would the Defendant be fighting her older 58yr old friend going through Chemo??
That hug did it for me. I hope that they made up and learned to respect each other's boundaries
Everybody is your friend when they want something. The defendant is wrong to put this lady through this. I hate when people spill tea , nothing to do with it. I really like the plaintiff. You can tell she has a heart of gold and takes care of her family. Her son was probably upset seeing mom going through this. God bless all of you ❤️
tell BF to GET A JOB!!!!!
I am so sorry that happened to that nice lady.
I felt so bad when she started talking about her grandson i know this feeling oh so well
This was a great case, I wish them both the best! 🤗❤
i love the plaintiff she seems so wholesome 🥰 type of woman to take u in as if u were her own
Defendant is mean spirited and ungrateful 😡
“I apologize that you had to take me there” lmaooo literally me 🤣
The defendant is “The only bill payer of the house”, her friend & friend’s son are picking up her children from school/daycare, her friend is loaning her the money. Has it ever occurred to her “What the hell is the fiancé doing? What the hell is he good for?”
The fiancé isn’t capable of paying the bills of the house but is capable of fighting other people with a bottle!?!?! This woman should get rid of the lame ass fiancé & should patch things up with her friend, the plaintiff, who has been there for her despite going through a difficult time herself.
I hope they're still friends. Just don't borrow anymore money!
Good Luck to these friends!
Moral of the story is don't loan nobody no money!!! Friends turn into enemy's over money!!! It's so sad
I like the plaintiff. Seems like a cool friend to have in your life. She reminds me of my Auntie Pat who also like to gamble. 🤣🤣🤣
Awwww... They made up. That's beautiful. They both truly love each other and I pray their friendship is still flourishing.
Good friendships are thicker than blood, money and fiancés. Underneath it all these two women understand the give and take of friendship and they appreciate loyalty. I wish them both many more years of robust exchanges and true friendship.
The Ended Part Was Touching 🥹
The defendant got a fiance and he ain't doing no work or paying no bills it Ain't the plaintiff's fault Give that lady her money back You ain't going to find too many people that will loan you $1 these days SMH Treat each other right don't y'all be acting ugly like this over money 💰
I agree with you but I'm sorry the statement about the fiance shouldn't have nothing to do with it
It's between them two
What if she didn't have a fiance then what?🤔
This will be a fun story to look back on and laugh together!!!❤️❤️❤️
One of my favorites.. I'm sorry that you had to take me there sounds like my mom😂😂😂
Awww I hope they rekindle their relationship. Lol. They’re both goofy but I don’t think either of them are bad people. The defendant does owe that money.
All this over $240??? Her son was so out of line too!!!
I hope the plaintiff is doing better mentally, physically, and spiritually.
😂😂this was funny @ the end. They are girlfriends/sisters indeed. Good one
People need to Stop saying "don't worry about it" because YOU might mean that you understand the situation they're in but you STILL need them to follow thru in keeping their word ".... BUT the other person misinterprets or uses it as an excuse to mean you're saying -- the debt is forgiven - they don't have to pay you.
I see that so much in these court cases. I tell you What, when I say "don't worry about it", Ima make SURE I follow that with "just don't let me down -- follow thru -- because I STILL need my money.". 💯
I totally agree! My upbringing also stressed to add the following, “don’t worry about it today. Tomorrow we’ll work out a payment plan .
I always LIVE for the entrance of the plaintiff and defendant and the music. I often hope that they at least walk on beat😄 you could really slay that little moment if you wanted your 15 minutes of fame LOL. I would feel like lights camera action. All eyes on me lol cameras on me, bring it..and give me my money, too
They both acted like children, but the defendant has no defense. She’s full of it.
“I really apologize for you having to take me there” The plaintiff sounds like a Sagittarius 😆 😎
I like them both .. glad they made up
This is messed up. I know neither of these women have a lot of money but still almost destroying a friendship over $240.
why does she have a full grown man living with her, but she's the only one working?
"
ow you know lies are coming:
What happened was..."
So she couldn't borrow money from her fiance? Oh that's right, she's the only breadwinner.
I laughed, so funny the plaintiff apologized ''You had to take me there'', May God bless you both powerfully and your family in the name of Jesus.
Shame on the defendant. 😠. You never know who you will need again in the future.
So she has a fiancé, but she has to ask for money when she’s in need? Why not having the fiancé WORKING!
The judge has me dying with these apologies ... lol
This would end my friendship. Going to court and being on national tv would cancel a friendship if it were me.
I am glad, the defendant , filed a police report .
Why didn't the judge ask why isnt your fiance not working
Bless her heart beautiful Queen
