Omfg... 20 seconds in and I am already like, OMFG this whole arena and all these jumping guests must have been soooo much work already 😲 jeeeez! Respect lady 🙏 (Now gonna watch the rest of the video) 😄
OK I finished watching! Really enjoyed this video, very amusing and must have been crazy amount of work! Really well done 😃 I look forward to the next rounds 😃
Thank you! Haha no kidding, moving the guests into place was one of the most challenging parts of this build, it really adds something though, so worth it!
Thanks! It legit took me a couple months to build everything, populate the stands, record and edit the events. I'm happy with the result though so time well spent!
This video and your channel deserves a lot more attention, I only found this video because I was searching for who in the world managed to get a 40m tall Timber Wolf! Awesome work, must have been a tonne of effort but it really does show in the final product!
Gold medals: Africa - 100m track (Ostrich) and Relay Silver medals: South America - 100m track (Jaguar) Europe - Relay Bronze medals: Europe - 100m track (Fallow Deer) South America - Relay I'm rooting for South America!
That's probably my fault - wrong thumbnail, not enough action in the first 30 seconds of the video etc. But thanks, I loved making this series and was a really fun idea!
Thanks! The arena itself was pretty easy, just a bunch of glass panels and some art shapes. The pathing was a bit of a pain, but moving 4000 guests into position was a nightmare! Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you! It's a lot of fiddling - I set up enclosures with null barrier, but the animals don't always path right particularly around curves. There was a lot of takes to get it right!
Love it Swans! Kept noticing little details like all the advertising boards and TV screens. Always fun to see what your brain is gonna come up will next :)
Hi, I was wondering if you could do another 2,000 animal race. That video was very entertaining and I've already watched it like 4 times now😂. Thank You So Much!
Thank you! I'd love to try. The original was a nightmare because my computer couldn't handle that many animals in one go, but I've upgraded it since, so it might deal with it a little better now
Thats is so amazing. I love it Edit: it remembers me of the 1979 cartoon movie: Animalympics ... I loved this movie and now we've got an 2022 version of it. :)
If you take away an exit on the path, guests will jump in place to let you know they're stuck. I had to select and manually put them in place around the arena though, spent a good few hours just moving guests!
I tried where possible to keep things balanced and picked animals that could multi-task. Cheetah would obvs perform very well for running races, but they can't jump too well or swim. Ostrich was the obvious choice as they can both run fast and jump over hurdles, plus they will play with ball enrichment items which was key for some of the games
I set up a load of habitats to keep them separated out of view, then built an underground tunnel that transports them into the arena! Inside arena, the path connections were hidden under the flooring

@@PlasticSwans oh I can imagine! But it was indeed definitely worth it 200% 👍
The effort you put into these videos is so impressive! I can only imagine what a pain it must be to make it all work 😄

The ostrich was clearly the only one who did well for Oceana. Good video. Must have taken you 80 hours spread over several days/weeks to make this.
Not sure exactly how many hours, but 3 months to make start to finish!
Ostriches live in Africa. The Emu lives in Oceania.
This whole project is amazing!
Gold medals:
Africa - 100m track (Ostrich) and Relay

Not even 1K likes? Severely underrated.

@@PlasticSwans it was amazing. Would love if you could do it again with countries!
im in awe with how you made the arena! this was very entertaining to watch. thank you!

That arena itself is so impressive! But how you set up the events, and kept them in their lanes? Your mastery of this game is so entertaining!
Thank you! It's a lot of fiddling - I set up enclosures with null barrier, but the animals don't always path right particularly around curves. There was a lot of takes to get it right!
I can’t wait to see the rest of this!
Me too!
Will be releasing 1 episode per day for the next 5 days, so expect to see Day 2 up tomorrow!

OMG This is incredible what a great job you did!!!
Love it Swans! Kept noticing little details like all the advertising boards and TV screens. Always fun to see what your brain is gonna come up will next :)
Thanks! Yeah I can't help but add little details like the big screens, it just ties it all together!
Amazing and hats off !!! I can't even do a basic zoo !
This is amazing! Such a fun idea executed brilliantly!
Thanks! I'm glad you're enjoying the series!

Are you kidding me!!??? This is amazing.

Very creative!

Great
Amazing! How did you let the crowd jump and cheer? 😊

@@PlasticSwans wow I salute your effort doing this eventhough it was yrs ago. I'm still a newbie at this game on console.
Why didn’t you add the cheetah is because it would carry the Africa team like the ostrich did?

I am on Europe team!
Excuse me plastic swans, but how do you get your animals to the stadium?
I set up a load of habitats to keep them separated out of view, then built an underground tunnel that transports them into the arena! Inside arena, the path connections were hidden under the flooring
@@PlasticSwans but how can i build an underground habitat under the racetrack in the stadium?
I am on team South America.
Were cheetah
Team Europ
Put oil at the end and North America would have won
I like how naturalistic this exhibit looks... NOT! The animals should not be here. This is evil.
I think you need to stop watching YT if you're this sensitive to GAMES
Bruh, it's a game. Unless this is the Wreck-It-Ralph Universe, they have no feelings
