We made these and they were fantastic! Thanks for the recipe. Only thing to watch out for is if you’re using something other than the pink Himalayan salt it can be too salty. So scale it back a bit. I only had table salt so I had to adjust a bit. Overall a fantastic recipe and great instructions! Looking forward to your other recipes.

That was too easy. No wonder I couldn't make them. I always seem to over complicate things. My shells come out great tasting but so tough we'd be wore out trying to eat them. Baking soda and resting was my mistake. Thanks!

I don’t know about tortillas, but if my baking powder is a couple of months old, my biscuits are flatter and more dense than when the powder is fresh.
Sounds like you might have used baking soda instead of baking powder.
So can you use flour or you use masa you didn't say how much baking powder how much salt how much flour masa?
