Contract act, law of torts and evidence act in English published by central law publications, Allahabad. All books available in Amazon. Price ₹190 each. All are student edition.
In tamil, evidence act is the first book.

If there is no response for the summons and wilfull disobedience or party evades receipt of summons, next stage is to issue warrant for arrest and production before the court.
The court has the power to issue warrant

Sub section 3 :if he has not made confession before magistrate ..Magistrate will not detain again to police custody ..Then wer will be sent sir if not again to police custody ??
