Absolute Aphrodisiac is stunning. The dry down was a bit animalistic on my skin so i decluttered it. Revisited it recently and the dry down is just gorgeous. Repurchased and refuse to be without it.

This is my favorite of my whole collection. // Kayali Vanilla 28- My bottle looks like a coke was poured into it. Very spicy and nicer for wear.// Babycat- Vanilla is alluring and adulting. She's got bills. You will pay them and love it. Kayali is on notice because Babycat is just harder to find.

I personally am obsessed with Vanilla 28. It's the only one with enough of that vanilla extract smell. I can't get enough and I will need a new bottle soon. I really hate that food opening of Tihota, although I own it too; but much later the drydown is sublime. I am still looking for the perfect vanilla, although I haven't tried yours yet. Today I am wearing Ambra Aurea by Profumum Roma which is gorgeous and has a lot of vanilla- but it has a whole lot more of course.

I went to Neiman's ouside Philadelphia, and sampled around. I love the Guerlain Feve Gourmand and Tobacco Honey, and Spiriteuse Double Vanille. (I didn't see the Panafolia). I also liked Mancera Amor Cafe. A while ago, I got Eclaire after tring Bianco Latte. It lasts all day, and I don't feel guilty about layering with it. I'm going to save up gor a Guerlain 😊

I thought I hated vanilla but realized that I actually love vanilla. My memories of vanilla were just tied to my teenage years and all the girls in high school wearing vs & bath and body works vanilla scents. I think most people that say they hate vanilla might have a similar experience. Anywho, I absolutely love Blanche Bete & Vanille Planifolia but I actually think they smell very similar.

Might I humbly suggest you give Vanille Camouflage another chance. That green-ness doesn't last long and it's honestly very vanilla and very beautiful. I'm not a big fan of green notes either. But I gave it another chance and loved it!
I have 2 clones of it. Spiced vanilla extrait 21 by DUA fragrances and vanilla planifolia extrait 21 by amir scent bar. Both are beautiful,but the DUA is stronger . The amir dupe lasts too but u would have to overspray a lil bit. Good luck.
How many sprays do you use of Angelique Noir to make it project? I fear I may have to order Blanche Bete after this video. I’ve been sampling for a while and was on the fence. Now that the temps are dropping I am enjoying it a whole lot more.

Tihota sounds soooo intriguing, and would really like to pull the trigger on that one. As for Guerlain that will be for 2025 lol. 🤞🏽 Also, a vanilla I’ve looked into, but seems a bit much was Material by Amouage. I haven’t tested anything from Amouage as of yet 🙈, but Material seems like a different type of Vanilla for sure.
Crazy, I've been sitting on a sample of Aphrodisiac for almost a year and have not sprayed it 🙃. So I don't run for the vanilla forward sweet gourmands. I recently picked up Matier Premier's Vanilla Powder and love it! So much so I decluttered Bianco Latte, too sweet for me. I have either samples or decants of everything except BDK. Babycat, I don't get it. I probably won't even use up the 5ml. I need to give Angelique Noir and Vanille Plantifolia a full wear. I was waiting for the weather to change. I like Blanche Bete but not sure it's a love. I need to give it a full wear also. Right now the vanilla forwards I feel are all I need are Vanilla Powder, Khamrah and Teriaq.
I did blind buy Vanille Planifolia from the Guerlain website and I have to say it is the biggest disappointment of my fragrance journey to date, I have no words, I have put it up in hopes that some day it will be better, I now understand why it is almost impossible to get a sample or decant, I don't think Guerlain wants you to know what a massive failure that fragrance is. In reading the comments I truly think I may have gotten a bad bottle. I have almost all the others you mentioned and totally agree so I don't think it is my nose. Guerlain has asked for my review and I hate to be unkind but I have noting positive to say about Vanille Planifolia.
When I ask my husband what he thinks of my perfume, he will often say “it smells like vanilla” which I have come to realize means he doesn’t like it. Apparently vanilla registers very strongly/negatively to his nose and he can’t smell any other notes. Unfortunately this applies to my most recent love Cirque du Soleil. 😢

Lavandes Trianon by Lancôme was a masterpiece vanilla fragrance, but it's discontinued. 🥹 An existing masterpiece vanilla is Secret Sucre by Molinard. It smells like spun sugar, a sophisticated Pink Sugar without the licorice. It's so airy and great for layering. Not exactly a masterpiece, but Mirabile by V Canto is another favorite for layering. It's a Paolo Terenzi fragrance without the infamous Terenzi musk. It's a spicy vanilla.
Today I'm wearing about 20 sprays of Vanilla Bourbon by Mixbar topped of with 10 sprays of Shalimar Souflee. I smell like yellow cake straight from the oven.

Genre perfumes has a dup called La Vanille that is about 98/99% spot on. And its under $70.

Might I humbly suggest you give Vanille Camouflage another chance. That green-ness doesn't last long and it's honestly very vanilla and very beautiful. I'm not a big fan of green notes either. But I gave it another chance and loved it!
I tried it twice on my skin and the green never subsided on me unfortunately 😅. I still have some sample left so I will revisit it again.

Been searching for the best one, but so far nothing quite checks all the boxes to make a firm recommendation.
I have 2 clones of it. Spiced vanilla extrait 21 by DUA fragrances and vanilla planifolia extrait 21 by amir scent bar. Both are beautiful,but the DUA is stronger . The amir dupe lasts too but u would have to overspray a lil bit. Good luck.
Genre has the closest dup to Vanilla Planifolia that I have smelled. Its about 98% spot on.

How many sprays do you use of Angelique Noir to make it project? I fear I may have to order Blanche Bete after this video. I’ve been sampling for a while and was on the fence. Now that the temps are dropping I am enjoying it a whole lot more.
I use 16 sprays to work. It projects but still doesn't knock anyone out.

Sultan smelled a little pickle juice like on my skin, so it did not work for my body chemistry.

Also, a vanilla I’ve looked into, but seems a bit much was Material by Amouage. I haven’t tested anything from Amouage as of yet 🙈, but Material seems like a different type of Vanilla for sure.
I have hundreds of fragrances of which the majority are vanillas (ambers) & Material is in my top 10. She is is STUNNING❤❤❤

Crazy, I've been sitting on a sample of Aphrodisiac for almost a year and have not sprayed it 🙃. So I don't run for the vanilla forward sweet gourmands. I recently picked up Matier Premier's Vanilla Powder and love it! So much so I decluttered Bianco Latte, too sweet for me. I have either samples or decants of everything except BDK. Babycat, I don't get it. I probably won't even use up the 5ml. I need to give Angelique Noir and Vanille Plantifolia a full wear. I was waiting for the weather to change. I like Blanche Bete but not sure it's a love. I need to give it a full wear also.
Right now the vanilla forwards I feel are all I need are Vanilla Powder, Khamrah and Teriaq.

I did blind buy Vanille Planifolia from the Guerlain website and I have to say it is the biggest disappointment of my fragrance journey to date, I have no words, I have put it up in hopes that some day it will be better, I now understand why it is almost impossible to get a sample or decant, I don't think Guerlain wants you to know what a massive failure that fragrance is. In reading the comments I truly think I may have gotten a bad bottle. I have almost all the others you mentioned and totally agree so I don't think it is my nose. Guerlain has asked for my review and I hate to be unkind but I have noting positive to say about Vanille Planifolia.
Nothing bears Tihota. Unfortunately almost half of my bottle evaporated so I am very hesitant to repurchase for that price for such a small bottle.
When I ask my husband what he thinks of my perfume, he will often say “it smells like vanilla” which I have come to realize means he doesn’t like it. Apparently vanilla registers very strongly/negatively to his nose and he can’t smell any other notes. Unfortunately this applies to my most recent love Cirque du Soleil. 😢

Lavandes Trianon by Lancôme was a masterpiece vanilla fragrance, but it's discontinued. 🥹 An existing masterpiece vanilla is Secret Sucre by Molinard. It smells like spun sugar, a sophisticated Pink Sugar without the licorice. It's so airy and great for layering. Not exactly a masterpiece, but Mirabile by V Canto is another favorite for layering. It's a Paolo Terenzi fragrance without the infamous Terenzi musk. It's a spicy vanilla.
Today I'm wearing about 20 sprays of Vanilla Bourbon by Mixbar topped of with 10 sprays of Shalimar Souflee. I smell like yellow cake straight from the oven.
I really need to remember to try the Mixbar fragrances in Target! Still have not smelled anything from the line smh!
