You might do something else
Actually LP is a condition that is bit long term. You need to continue treatment for an unexpected time duration. But this medicine colchicine and some other drugs used for LP like hydroxychloroquine cause pigmentation and uneven tone. LP itself causes skin pigmentation. But then there 8s another catch.
If you do invasive treatments like microneedling or PRP they might aggravate it and you are at risk of having new problem.
So better avoid and just rely on good quality sunblock and lightening creams and serums
