I'm hoping for rates to go down as a home owner for several reasons. 1. I can refinance and get a lower mortgage - so will other home owners 2. Our economy does well when the middle class has a decent amount of discretionary as they fund alot of industries. 3. It will help influence others to sell there properties that locked in that low 2% COVID rate. This should bring more inventory to market and help stabilize and even lower housing prices.
Hi Ken, with the Hyatt expansion will the convention center be part of that reno? I've been going to a fitness convention there the past 10 years and stayed in that hotel since it was the Peabody, I was curious who is doing the work on the convention center since the dates are already set for next year. It really needs an update.
😮😮😮 Nice !!! ... I have a huge lot in the yard , been thinking about an ADU for a while , all my neighbors are rentals now . 😮😮😮 Im at OakRidge Rd / Millenial Sweet !!! Is the local economy able to absorb it ; the housing cost , i remember going thru that when buying my home and planning with Regions Banks .
Affordable land? What those homes that gotten broken during hurricane 🌀 😮. Tiny homes are a better place build. The only people want bigger homes are type of larger family. But now days the people are having like 1 , 2 or no kids. Why do have buy huge home that can't afford. If having smaller home is cheaper in long run. Hell even Walmart, Amazon have Tiny home build that 10 thousand dollars. I call BS if land issues. It greedy that what is. No talks about the greedy business take broken flooded home that average people cant fix. Those evil people break it build those huge as homes
