They actually did do a review of this video specifically on the HeavyDSparks channel. There were quite a few inaccuracies in the video above, so they definitely had some comments about it lol.
Ok the trucks may produce more pollutant. How bout all the metals used in the def filter, that stuff has to be mined. The plastic for the def is producing more waste too. I guarantee the little black smoke is less than the whole def deal by a long shot. Some people are just idiots in my opinion. Thanks and bye ✌🏼

Yeah, funny how they arn't going after all the ppl on Instagram. My guess is there's no money to be made off those individuals. The doctors requested 1.5 million for the investigation and legal fees, judge made it around 800k. The investigation was basically, they bought a truck then to it to get an emissions test. Not sure what truck they bought, but probably wasn't more than 100k. So they made a nice profit.
EPA is now busy with other youtube car shows over the same crap. This will put thousands of people out of work as Americans live vehicles and modifying them, the rest of us love to watch them do it.
BS.....The only ones they go after are the ones who stupidly show them removing pollution systems from their vehicles that came from the manufacturers. Removing them is against the law..the diesel smoke is not....There are far more vehicles then you can count that do and did not require the EPA add on's.....and are LEGAL!!!
You can absolutely Love cars without stupid stunts like "Rolling Coal" or having loudness modifications to the exhaust system.
These regulations exist for a reason, which is to protect the population from unnecessary and easily avoidable health risks, playing around that is just jerkish.

I always enjoyed Diesel Bros even though I've never owned a diesel vehicle. The guys have such great chemistry, and their builds are so awesome, the show is a treasure.

The government has nothing to do with the lawsuit. A group of doctors are the ones behind it.
In Australia you can't register vehicles whose modifications cause increased pollutants.
Guys, it really bothered me that you would imply that the parts the diesel Brothers acquired from auto dismantlers were inferior. You cast doubt on the quality of the workmanship without showing any evidence for your offhanded claim.
Anybody who has ever worked on an automobile knows that very good parts can be found at a junkyard at a reasonable price and at a fraction of what it would cost to buy a brand new version of the same part.
I know that casting doubt and dispersion is upon famous people and businesses can be very profitable, but it is not necessarily the right thing to do.

I just don’t understand why other people don’t see the actual facts about diesels. Personally I’m in wyotech for diesel and still don’t understand why our diesels are so overly regulated compared to gassers that produce way more pollutants than diesels, just you can see our diesel smoke
@@johnline7750 Diesels emit about 40% less CO2. The problem is they produce more soot. The soot has more impact on climate change than CO2. Soot also doesn't stay in the air as soon. So by removing the soot we can reduce global warming quicker.

Thanks for the no BS. You should do an episode on the clear act and how ridiculous is truly is to any vehicle enthusiasts. Then show a mine of where these “required” emission filters come from and add in the def/filter manufacturing along with how the ships they come over on have no emissions standards along with how producing tires across seas is so much more cheaper due to the lack of EPA requirements. That would be GREAT
