Your video is beautiful . I totally agree with you too I’m so glad Journey and Steve got inducted into the rock hall of fame . Absolutely a thousand percent need that so much more recognition as one of the greatest if not the greatest rock bands of all time and as for Steve Perry he’s my favorite favorite most gorgeous male singers ever I mean his voice just changed my life when I was growing up myself I had no idea of his other solo work up until a couple years ago . I just delved right back in and I’m so glad I have he has just reinspired me for so much of my own love for music my own singing it’s a really a big deal for me. He truly is the greatest of all time ❤ Love Steve !! I could have only wished to see him if I were to have been alive during those major years there with Journey . You should check out the band Survivor. Absolutely amazing too! I love survivor and journey they are the rock n roll sound of the 80s. Jimi Jamison is incredible too vocally.

They weren't everyone's cup of tea, but when you fell for them, it was for life. And in later years, I've found out that Steve was the heart of this band. All of the songs that he was the singer on are still alive today.
Yes, and there are thousands and thousands of fans of Steve Perry and Journey,,, Rock and Roll to the best band /combinations of superb talents. To never forget the guys individual sick talents. And now their song 🎶 in the Library of Congress 👏🏻 🎵 So proud of them and all their hard works.
Steve is a rare bird as a lead vocalist with an incredible range. Comparable to only a few, like Floor Jansen. Besides great range, what else those two have in common is being in a group with a unique sound (Journey is uplifting, Nightwish is ethereal and transcendent). I saw Journey in 1983, which was a great time to see them. I didn't know about Nightwish until late 2018, so I missed out on "the best of."

Also, I was floored to hear "Separate Ways" in the trailer for "Stranger Things!" That clip got people interested in the song, and put it back on the Billboard charts! It's a good timefor classic Journey!!!
He is so good,,,he is kind to his fans..but certainly an amount of confidence and dare I say vanity with his gift....just from a small town girl who grew up in the same town he did...He is always my number 1\

Another insane Steve vocals is from their Greatest Hits Live. Still they Ride. He hits that high note in the second verse. You can hear the girls screaming in the background.
They were listed as not having any hits by critics. Boy were they wrong. Fans were saying names of songs they considered hits. There were great songs that weren't listed as great. Another reason why years after Steve Perry left he made a second Greatest Hits albums for more songs. I love his solo albums too. Such talented and humble man who also helps out other musicians to great. He sees Arnel Pineda as another singer. Not as a man who replaced him in the band. ( Even though I only listen to Journey with Steve Perry in it and his solo work).❤
Steve Perry was good with journey until he got a big head and left. After that he flopped out and didn't really do much. So journey replaced him with someone better or equally as good.

Steve Perry was good with journey until he got a big head and left. After that he flopped out and didn't really do much. So journey replaced him with someone better or equally as good.
Steve left because he had to take care of his health, on many levels. ❤️
