The Syngonium was my fav..the variegation is so pretty.
Great plant choices. I find prices in the U.S. are fair these days and no longer import, but nice to see what is available.

I would make a complaint about the plant with the rotted roots. Their fault that they didn’t dry it before packaging it.
Pretty sure ITS been proven that drying doesnt help

Do we know why they changed to plastic? I'm not a fan for tons of reasons but as someone already commented...plastic sweats...it stays between the leaves and they rot. Why???

That monstera looks pretty bad. I ordered mine from Thai exotic greenery and it was picture perfect with no browning. Also, the one I got was much bigger and more variegation
I have learned from other people that you should wear gloves when handling the substance the tissue culture is in and clean that off under water
The plastic holds too much moisture
