probably a bit late with this tactic but i found constantly having prayer from missile and to pot up during the melee phase off the second boss worked very well for low level. hope this helps any other new player

As a range pure, this was difficult lol only my range was not lvl 1. I just climbed up the ladder, waited for him to turn green came down and started blasting. Took about 3 color rotation to kill him
Update: For returning RS players like me: Get 40 prayer and bring 1 prayer pot. Safe spot only works with it on. Easiest using range/mage just wait for colour swaps!
Yall should skip between 4:15 - 4:41 if you DO NOT HAVE access to the Fairy Ring. Would have been nice to know this before I teleported to Castle Wars and ran to your location, to then play the video just to realize you're teleporting back to the lighthouse... Wasted couple of minutes.
I seem to have messed up on the lighthouse portion because I was too gung-ho and used the molten glass first. Does anyone know what to do in order to fix this? I tried leaving and re-entering the instance, using the swamp tar only results in the chat message "nothing interesting happens." Any ideas?

You have to click the same book name twice. So if you want zammy , when it says incorrect first time, do it again.
