You would need to have 7 new female politicians for every 5 male politicians, as women quit politics when they have kids, and when they want to spend time with their family. Most men don't do either. They also dont remain in politics for as long as men. Good luck in Gender equality in numbers.
I agree women should be in politics and more women should be in politics. I came up with a solution to create world Peace. Called the peace conventions instead of the war conventions. You create a bails bondsman like you would with the regular love and you have an international jail and anyone who tries to start a war you have a bond for them so they would be brought into jail. Then they are basically tried in a international Court.

After watching women in politics in the western world these last twenty to thirty years, the idea of adding more of them frightens me to no end, they are horrific at it, well most of them but, there are some that are good but, they are far and few between.
