Doing a great job there Nick. It will be interesting to see your winter updates.
Thanks mate looking forward to the cooler weather!
Good idea to check the accuracy of different ph testing methods!
Great Vid as always Nick. Cheers
Thanks!!
Great episode Nick! I’m in Officer mate and have noticed my lawn coming back nice and green. Thanks for the winter tips… Definitely great episodes for this time of year! Keep them coming mate 🤘🏼
Thanks legend appreciate it!!
@@lawnsingoodnick4834 you’re welcome man 🤘🏼
Fronts looking real good, probly best ive seen it. I remember u were having a bit of trouble with it. Obviously doing the right thing 👍
Thanks man stoked with how it's coming along!
What about something like an oxaferr pre emergent before winter ? Are there other pre emergent to use instead ? Buffalo lawn in the currently very wet sunshine coast
Love ya work !
Spartan is my go to! Oxafert only lasts 3 months I believe
Ur ph mightve finally adjusted down to fairly correct, hence the healthy look, maybe..
Could be man!!
Nick I tried using Weed n Feed granular and it hasn’t killed any of the weeds, haven’t noticed any new growth and I’ve had black marks on my grass for over a month. Have I used a bad product or are my expectations too high? (Buffalo grass)
The volume of herbicide in weed and feed is generally quite low mate. I would use a specialised product for best results
Also, I’ve got a mixture of kik, couch and god knows what else in my lawn haha what would you recommend to keep it all healthy at the same time, as couch goes dormant in winter?
All warm season grasses will go dormant in winter mate, keep them all ticking along with the same methods 😍
@@lawnsingoodnick4834 cheers mate! Appreciate it!
Who says you need 17 degrees to get full benefit from granular fertiliser?
Experts I've spoken to
I wouldn't trust those probes, I'm trying to get my ph down from 8 😅
Haha yeah I'm a little sceptical
