This set and Olaplex are my faves. And I am color treated, but even if I wasn't color treated, they would still be my staple products. They are the main reasons my curl pattern and the strength of my hair is still the same. When it comes to the main treatments to my hair, salon products have always been a key thing for the health of my hair. I tell people all the time, if you have to be cheap in something, let it be some of the stylers, however, when it comes to your shampoos and deep treatments, it has to be salon.

Yeah, I really enjoyed using these products. Honestly, I always used to think all shampoos were the same until I started using a lot of different brands and different quality levels. It’s really interesting how much nicer the higher quality products make your hair feel - like it’s noticeably different!

My impression is that it's the preshampoo that's the hero of this line. The shampoo and conditioner is meant to balance that out, but the real effect is from that treatment product. If you still have these, maybe considering picking that up to do before the shampoo and see if you like them better that way.

Hey! That’s a good idea. I never tried the preshampoo so it would be nice to see. Is the treatment really moisturizing? Or what’s the biggest benefit you’d say?

@@kaylanatasha13 I ordered mine with Amazon's subscribe and save, so it will be my next wash day that I use it the first time. Supposedly it will take the place of olaplex but more effectively and for lower per treatment price, strengthening and repairing hair damaged by color, heat, etc.
I used a combo of k18 (before conditioner) and Living Proof (after conditioner) today and wow! Such a great effect that I don't know I'll even be using either the olaplex or the Redken pre-shampoo bond builders going forward! I don't know how the results to exceed the strength, elasticity, manageability and softness I got with this combo.

The moment you said, in the ad "...the curls looked juicier," your video cut straight to the ad. It was so funny. I felt the same way about them showing our hair which is why I tried it. They literally saved my hair. I have never been persuaded or tried anything because of an ad but I did it with this. It wasn't just the ad. I'd seen girls use the products on TH-cam and said very good things about it. That's why I wanted to try but still hesitated, then the ad did the rest. I thought. In any case, I'd have nothing to lose. Well, I gained everything.

I agree! How long did you use the products for before you saw results? Have you used anything else in the line? I saw they have an intensive treatment and I’d love to try that too.
      Thanks for watching btw ❤️

I just finish washing my hair today. I use the leave in treatment, it leaves me shocked. I never used any hair product that gives me result so quick. I have heat damage in the middle of my hair from flat ironing for my wedding 2 years ago. I keep cutting the damaged part and this part keeps growing back dry, frizzy. This leave in treatment just tames all frizz down. And for the first time after 2 years, this part feels soft soft soft. I will go back to Ultra Beauty to get the pre shampoo treatment. If you are dealing with dry frizzy hair, keep trying stuff until you find something that works for you. Glad I finally find one that works.

That’s amazing! It’s so nice when you finally find something that works for you - I know the feeling. I really wanna try the leave in. I gotta pick that up next time I’m at the store. Thanks for watching though ❤️

Finally!! A review from a woman whose hair looks like mine!! I have 3c/4a textures in my hair.
Update: so I went to ebay and Amazon and bought these. [Ebay a seller was selling the 4 step set, and I got the ph sealer from Amazon.] I then read all the instructions on all the bottles and here is what I found:
Step 1: the hair treatment concentrate. Instructions say to put it on damp hair and leave it on for 5-10mins then shampoo out with the coordinating shampoo
Step2:. According to the ph sealer you spray this on after applying the ABC concentrate and leave it on for 5 mins then shampoo. Soooo ABC treatment then spray the sealer then...
Step 3: shampoo. The shampoo is gooey-thick. I washed twice and gently detangled.
Step 4: conditioner. GIRL this is almost paste-thick. I rubbed it in my hands and then applied it. I left it on 10mins under a baggie. YALL MY CURLS SNAPPED BACK TO THEY TIGHT CURL!!! I am so excited as it was a little head damaged. Washed it out. Hair so soft, honey!
Step 5. The leave-in treatment. Gooey-thick texture. My curls dried soft and not brittle. Shrinkage is real due to my curl pattern being restored but I got a pick and fluffed it out some.
This is all in the first treatment today yall!!! This is now apart of my hair care routine.

i have a question: would you reccomend to do this after getting braids taken down? I wanna try to add this to my hair regimen to help maintain length and repairing my midshaft breakage

    • @kaylanatasha13
      @kaylanatasha13  ปีที่แล้ว +2

Yes definitely! It’s a really good shampoo and conditioner. When you shampoo, focus on the scalp for sure since you had braids in but in general I think this shampoo and conditioner combo works! Let me know if you try it ❤️
