도깨비불에 진짜 홀리는 듯한 파트만 베일리님 안문데 그 안무를 쏙 빼서 적재적소에 넣을 생각한 것도 대단하고 이바다님 '한입에 삼켜 널'(영상에선 여진님 안무) 파트에서 진짜 삼켜먹는 듯한 안무랑 '아찔한 미끼로 훅 업' 파트도 진짜 낚아채는 느낌이라 도깨비불 안무 완성도가 정말 높고 곡과 안무의 분위기가 잘 조합된 것 같음

there are some steps that wouldn't fit on aespa's dance style that is why they didn't kept the whole thing althought bada's full choreo does suits illusion.

"Will o the Wisp" is the best part of the choreo and this alone made it main track worthy. Kudos to the group who made this part.

@@nanayuuki7472 they made MV’s for songs that had nothing to do with the universe though. “Girls” can still be the tittle track while Illusion stil gets an mv. Kind of like how BP released a mv for HYLT but LSG was the tittle track
@@disappointment3090 Lol those 2 Blackpink songs that you mentioned, are songs that are promoted even to Music Shows, while Illusion is different, in this world only God, SM staff, and aespa knows that they will release it first. And they just released the song and then disappeared, didn't promote anywhere until Girls Album was released. If you want to use the equation case, it's more appropriate to use Pretty Savage, because it's the same as Bside like Illusion but overseas fans want it to be the title track and I even remember BP fans asking for the MV and Dance Practice Video for Pretty Savage

I honestly am obsessed the “hand” thing (2:09) it really suits the song and aespa’s arc is centered around black mamba (and this song is from black mamba’s POV). The hand movement does resemble a “snake” 🐍
I thought the hand movement resembles the flickering light of a fire since the song is 도깨비불 which if you translate it literally means “troll fire”

I'm pretty sure the choreographers that SM works with are not underrated.. certainly the two choreographers in this video Lee Bada and Bailey Sok are definitely not underrated, they are one of the hottest choreographers for kpop

so cool to see the great combo of the different choreographers style. i feel like aside from the addictive song, this dance def helped with the popularity of this song. too bad it's not the title track, but gp def loves this and is prob the most popular bside from a kpop group this year.
