As I was thinking of words and looking through Pinterest inspiration I kept thinking about all of the things I’m hoping to accomplish next year. Consistency is what is lacking in all of my goals. I’m not consistent with self care. I’m not consistent with exercise. I’m not consistent with cleaning. Im not consistent with my art. I’m not consistent ect ect My goals are big and many but I know I will burn myself out trying to jump in with both feet and do them all at once. I can consistently try one step at a time. I can consistently put my needs first on the list. I can consistently practice positive self talk.
