For example, a landlord with less than 4 units, live in one unit of a 4 plex, doesn't use a property management company are examples where the landlord may not have to accept an ESA. I think a drill down on federal fair housing law would be interesting.
If you are in a conversation with an applicant and the applicant asks the question, "Are there any churches nearby?" - could that be addressed based on the fact they presented you with the question and you are providing them this information based on the question as it is phrased in general?
