I so enjoy your videos. I wasn't getting the notifications and just double-checked that I'm checked on "All" so I don't miss them. A similar underwater detector is on my wishlist. They look pretty handy for snorkel hunting. Pretty beach. Glad you had a nice day out, albeit a little chilly.

Nice hit for the win! 😀Sadly I would of missed it thinking it was a pull tab. Guess that proves to dig everything.

Thanks. Yes I was beginning to wonder if the Manticore knew what gold smelled like🤣

It’s great how you do different products with an honest field/water test so the viewer can draw their own conclusions. I see it is good to 60 feet deep and about $70. I wonder how much better the Nokta pulsedive pinpointer is vs this one at $229 and 200 feet?Great video and sweet ring on the first target. Thank you for posting your adventures.

Thanks! I’m happy I have an opportunity to try things out, I stick with stuff I think my viewers would find interesting.

I have another one I found a couple years ago that was damaged, probably my scoop. This one is in great shape.

I have the nokta pulse dive. Used in Brandywine River. Found some iphone parts, a conglomeration of buttons, some fancy and hook and loop fasteners and sunglasses. It has a vibrate mode that helps under water. Only used once tho'. Live in Pa.😢

Even though I’m in California it’s not warm enough for me to dive anywhere with a wetsuit. I’m gonna have to wait for my next tropical trip😎

It's like a cross between a Garrett 'carrot' (sound) & their ACE series detector (color). 😃 It picked up all the metals. Any technical specs in the manual? Fun stuff! Tnx for the demo. 👍

A little stuff in the manual. I’ll let you know😋

I use an underwater detector in Kauai and found two rings and 125 fishing weights.

That detector sounds just like a Garrett Carrot Pinpointer

It does. Thank goodness you can’t hear it underwater🤣🤣

Try it on nuggets, flakes never know where someone would be. Might be at a creek in no where.

I have some tiny nuggets I could try out, but I’d say it’s probably not sensitive enough for real small stuff.

Only about 5 feet underwater max, really ? Nice day for rings for you.

      Well it’s IP68 rated, but their specs say 60ft so I guess it’s worth a try?😋
