Beautiful house I love the colours. Also the shrubbery + rockery under the house looks so amazing, and that kitchen is brilliant! One of the best houses ever!!!
I really like the landscaping outside, and the fact that it is actually on a beach is awesome. I love the blue and white style, very unique, although the kitchen is something that im not a fan of, but still 5*
I really liked it. It had a good layout and a real good modern feel. It's pretty hard to make modern houses so many kudos. One of the things i actually didn't like was the color choice. Blue and White were everywhere and because there was no contrast it got repetitive. I would've like to see more natural light woods. Another thing is that the flat white roof is boring. It would look better with an aesthetic wall block randomly on top. Other than that loved it! :)
in order to build a residential house on the beach you first need to change the lot type to residential. Select the beach lot u want to build on and a screen aboout the land will pop up. At the bottom there will be a button that says "change lot type" click that and u will be able to build a house on the beach!!
I love the design and the lay out is phenomonal! It's a bit too, I don't know, unvaried, it seems like everything is either white or blue. I'd like to see a little more color and variation. But again, amazing lay out and design! well done!
@TheNatureDancer If your on PS3/XBOX360 Press both shoulder buttons and triggers when paused, but only do it on a separate save, jusst for building houses :)
you just have to go to edit town and then when you click on the lot you should see a few buttons and one of them would be to convert it from a park/commercial w.e it is to a lot to build your casa :) enjoy
