    Hi Ivica
    I have a Mercedes 260E with an idle problem.
    The Ke Jetronic System does not have a O2 Sensor.
    My Duty cycle reads a steady 50 % and does not fluctuate.
    I also did a fuel pressure that reads 5bars to 5.4 Bars.
    Can I safely say my fuel system is correct and I should look for the problem elsewhere.

      Yes, your duty cycle is okay. Search for the problem somewhere else.

    I checked contact 2 and 3 on X11
    I got a figure of 90%
    only when i press the throttle it shows 50%
    My car R129 SL 500
    The year 1990
    What now?

    Hi Ivica
    I have an M103 Engine with a KE Jetronic system with NO O2 sensor. Suffering from a rough idle problem. How could I correctly adjust fuel mixture at the tower? I have no access to CO2 analyser for exhaust.
    Any help is much appreciated

      Have you calibrated the potentiometer?

    Hi Ivica, is possible do this on eha duty cycle test? I don't have the the lambda with the pin 3 on x11

      Hi, yes, it is possible. There is the video on my channel-duty cycle on the eha. Of course everything I said there is under the condition that the 2mm screws was not readjusted but if yes, then there is the way how to get it back where it was as well.😉

      @@mercedeske thanks I go to see that video! Another question I have to set the potentiometer on 0.7 volt ( now Is 0.4 volt) but the nominal values on pin 1 and 3 are 1.40 killohoms (or 2.40 i don't Remember) but so much poor... I tried to set the screw but It changens only to 1.60 killohoms

      Thanks Ivica, but a last question, for setting the milliamps on 80°c idle on the no Kat version i have to set the screw of the plate with the 3 mm Allen key to have 0 or -2 milliamps?

    Maestro buenas tardes como está maestro la válvula de ralentí ya estamos a conocimiento que un cable viene del rele y el otro de la centralita pero la válvula lleva un tornillo allens hacia un lado q función realiza este tornillo y para q sirve gracias.

      @@mercedeske gracias maestro claro esa válvula iac hace la misma función como las demás válvulas de otros vehículos controlar el aire de la admisión entra y sale .pero yo probé la del Mercedes afuera con un cargador de teléfono de 6 voltios y el embulo o pistón sale pero como regresa a su sitio ? Voltiando los cables.

      Hello. Blown bulbs I believe. You will have to remove the instrument cluster to see that.

      Are the percentages you’ve mentioned the same on a California sold vehicle due to the emission control requirements?
