This Is Not Worth Your Time - Parking Tycoon Business Simulator

I have made videos covering numerous janky work simulators on this channel. Why? Because often I just roleplay it, yell at NPCs, fight bad game mechanics, and end up with a video this has some entertainment value.
Not this game though.
I recorded 90 minutes of gameplay with commentary to edit down, but by the time I was done I was so bitter about the experience that I've opted to do something else.
Work simulators are weird. They shouldn't be "fun" and yet some are. Those that fall short of fun are at least satisfying, or give you a sense of being master of your own destiny so that you can explore the game in a way that gives some entertainment. They're not for everyone, but if you enjoy them (and I do) they can be pleasingly diverting.
Parking Tycoon: Business Simulator has a "mostly positive" review score on Steam which is clearly nonsense. This is an entirely stale, unenjoyable game developed by people who do not give a single crap about what they've made. It's not just a bad game, it's a game they clearly didn't want to make. Worse yet, after 30 seconds of throwing some ideas at the wall I had a featureset that would have made it far more fun, and possibly one worth playing.
We've democratised game development so that anyone can make the game they want to, so why is it that someone decided to make a game they couldn't care less about?
You know it's truly bad because I refunded this game. I never refund games.
