Dorothy, Please, please tell me how to slow the drying time of regular polish so I can work with it to do designs like this. I have tried using nail polish remover but it thins it and it seems to reduce the quality of the polish. So it chips easily.

Maby nail polish thiners but I believe they acetone based too.
