@@domination4892 all you have to do is change everyone’s to 0 (which you can do at the same time) and then put them all back up to 50-75 or whatever number you choose

You do get better than A+. Go look at the potential stat before and after sending someone. It goes up by 3. A+ is like 92 overall... you can still send them for 95, 98, etc. Doesn't mean they will hit it or won't regress

Asking Kenny to do the “80 and above” challenge:
Fantasy draft, randomly select your team. Every single player on your team must be an 80 overall and above. You cannot make more than 3 players their prime position to get them to an 80. Run a 12 man rotation (3 80s won’t get PT) for the regular season, you’re allowed to shorten in during the playoffs.
If it’s too hard, turn off salary cap.

The reverse Kenny challenge: Getting assets and flipping them for something better is what you do best but in this challenge it's not the case
Challenge: do a fantasy draft. Then trade all your players for one of the worst trades in the trade finder and try win a championship.
Optional: you are allowed to trade your best player from the fantasy draft for a player similar or better player to be your star.
Optional: you can't change the player's position to get better trades
Optional: if a players worst trades is just picks then another player has to be in a 2 for 1 trade and the lower overall player you receive has to be the same or less than the player you traded for picks.
What about a video like this:
The Boom or Bust challenge
1. The player must be the best player of the draft class who is already a 99 overall with everything positive maxed out (basically the perfect player)
2. Once he got drafted, change his max potential to zero
3. He’s not allowed to retire until he reaches 60 overall or below
4. Your not allowed to do anything, just simulate
5. Try to see how good he can be, a bust or a HoF
Have fun :)
What you need to look at is potential and work ethic. (A) potential and legendary work ethic will lead to an all time great. Mix that with a focused development plan, as in not default, and you’ll be golden
