I bought that Godzilla 13 years ago and it's the far and away biggest eye catcher in my collection, I paid $700 at the time. Couldn't say no to my favorite design of the Big G at that size, but the plastic covers on the eyes for mine were yellowed at that point.
As a Galoob collector some very interesting items in this episode. The unifighters are pretty cool, really embraceing the giant backpacks gimmicks on figures. I did not know about the aliens and predator transforming heads, mostly you just see that one figure set with the queen Alien and the APC. And nice to see voltron 2 Albegas. Refreshingly unusual voltron. Great show really enjoying the series.
I don’t know why but despite the new iterations of Godzilla, the Heisei still stands out. It remains my favorite and will always have a special place in my heart.
@@billsmafia_ A Sentinel is the giant mechanized anti-mutant robot that hunts down every super-freak in the X-Man universe. In the Marvel X-Man story, a Senator passed the Anti-Mutant Bill and a never-ending bunch of gigantic Sentinels were created to attack/kill/capture every single mutant, good or bad. The Sentinels also had the ability to adapt their attacks through advanced A.I. in order to effectively counter every mutant's attack strategy and powers. That is a Sentinel in a nutshell. I guess the action figure version might be something like 3-4 feet tall lol
Do you think that your friend may have been abducted by aliens and subsequently had the voltron on him. But the arm came off and was left in the ship? So when he returned it was one arm down? And because he’s not been able to make contact again he can’t get the other arm back?
So far I'm enjoying your videos . I have a general question for everyone . If a vintage vehicle is complete but is missing the original stickers do you still consider it complete? Only reason I'm asking is because it bothers me if it doesn't have all the original stickers . Just wanna see if other people think the same or if I'm being way too picky.
That's a rare godzilla. Most bandai heisei are the 9 inch and 12 inch I think. The one in the kids room in the destroyah movie. I have never seen one like that. Awesome. I do have the original Bandai 84 it's the largest I have. A rendition of the 62 or 64 I think. . .
Did you guys end up buying his Green Goblin Bump and Go Cycle figure?? I heard him say it was around $60 at one time but dropped to $25 and then you guys cut away to another clip. I need to plan a trip out there it’s a really sweet store.
@@toyfederation try one of those cheap jewelry magnifying tools (like 8 bucks). The kind that have the swivel cover. There’s two lenses. A big one, and a small one. They’re made cheap, so they’re easy to disassemble. Use the small lenses. That’ll fit perfect after you Dremel to whatever shape you want.
lol You can't blame the kids for ripping into those toys hahaha I would've too, that's what they're meant for, not to be stared at on a shelf.....in the box.....
for the most part, i find myself agreeing with you. TMNT, The Real Ghostbusters, He Man, GI Joe, Thundercats, etc. All played with, which is why I think it's cool to have a few of these loose and displayed. I make an exception for some of the McFarlane figures, many of them display so nicely in the box. A few in the package is nice, but if you have more than a few figures displayed in the package it just looks like a collection of boxes, which is lame.
Large toy vendors with capital to burn and store credit to offer is what basically pulled the rug from under the secondary market. Y’all are paying people pawn shop prices and even less for their collectible items.
What planet are you from that Unifighters aren't valuable? I just sold a loose jet set without any of the figures or figure parts for $60. I get at least $100 out of the boxed vehicle sets. If you valued them at $30 and paid the guy half, you stole em'!
Yes. Gmk Godzilla has white eyes and was created after the heisei and millennium Godzilla (in fall 2001) considered the 2001/2 Godzilla This Godzilla was released as a 1994 Super Premium Godzilla and meltdown 1995 version called the Super Final Premium Godzilla. By Bandai.
Is the eye a deal breaker for you?
With it being such a unique piece that you don’t see often definitely not a deal breaker lol
@@jacobhall6456 yea. Just wondering if we should take the other eye lens out or leave it in
I’d say leave it in I’m sure there’s one out there that’s broken that could be used for parts and then you can have a fully complete one
Now all I can think about is godzilla with an eye patch
Sounds awesome

Oh wow!
When he said heisei godzilla was gmk godzilla I wanted to scream
Bro I was watching a vid last week where someone said Godzilla 1999 was GMK, Biolante was Showa era and Shin/Minus One was Millenium era 😂
Great content... as a child of the 80’s and a toy collector, it's awesome to see the different toy lines.
We are so excited to have new fans!
Unifighters all the way.! A really weird but cool line you don’t see that often.
Yes and that commercial for them was hilarious!
I think this guy Ryan is the toy guru of our Times
You think so?
Need more Godzilla videos, just hope we can identify them a bit better next go round 😅
That Godzilla is awesome!
Concur!

It’s definitely one of the bigger ones we’ve had in the store!

I just love that cheesy comic Infiniti Gauntlet in the background. I need a Giant foam one that can also double as a "drink" koozie
If you’re talking about the yellow one I think that’s a bank!

My thoughts exactly since I have no idea what a sentinel is.

That might be possible
Wow! A 6 arm Voltron!!! My friend had one when we we're kids, only had 5 arms...I always wondered what happened to the other one?

The mivro machine Predator head playset was cool. I've never seen those. I don't remember the Unifighter line at all.
