I bever thought of keeping fresh chilies in the freezer. That is such a great idea! I usually dry them but it's not the same use anymore. I sometimes make gapao rice, but in my microwave. So easy :) I'm going t try it with lots of herbs. Never thought about pairing it with green onions but it sounds so good. I remember you telling a couple of months ago that K would be graduating this year. Time really has flown by. Hope he has fond memories of this day and is looking forward to starting a new school :)
