It does not take long to fill up. How many hours till she is full ? Do you do more than one trash run to the dump each day ? I have heard these trucks can hold 26 tons.
My front load trainer insists I drive around with the arms down sitting at the bottom of the windshield. Is this safe? Seems like it creates blindspots and makes for some close encounters when turning.
I see other companies do it. I only leave my arms down if I have another dumpster really close like in a shopping center. I feel the same way you do. I think it creates unnecessary blind spots and tighter turns just to save 5 seconds

The trainer is only there to assist you on becoming a better driver. Never do anything you are uncomfortable with. At the end of the day if u hit something then it’s ur fault.
Lock bars make it were u can’t lip the lids to throw in trash. There’s a small latch at the bottom of the bar. If you flip that small latch then the lock bar comes down so you can open the lids on the dumpster

I spotted a diaper genie bag at the very end when the blade pushed the trash out.

Most of the time a customer will put a pad lock on there but we are still able to empty them without having to take off the lock
