What kind of animal do you have? Please google "spay neuter assistance program near me" because there's more resources than you think. There's not only the ASPCA but there's grant programs with the county and even private Vets who will help. There's programs like "Fix a Pit' for all pit bulls and pit bull mixes and "Trap-Neuter-Return program" for cats.. You may have to fib and say "you found or trapped the cat" to get the assistance but hey, do what you gotta do for your animal!

Taking care of another living creature and having them rely on you teaches you a lot about managing your emotions and makes you responsible for something. Ninja Fingers he did not adopt this one. he got it from a breeder who purposely breeds a certain animal for profit or sell them to people who show the animals in contests.. the ones who are unfortunate and don't get adopted are in animal shelters, but correct they are the ones least adopted. we adopted our black cat who was abandoned at three months. he is three years now and amazing, but don't be mistaken, he bought the cat from a breeder not a shelter. breeding a certain kind of black cat when the person might go to an actual shelter were so many back cats need good home's or get put to sleep because people feel they are "unlucky". he is a cutie though.

doubteddreams x one of it's main ingredients is corn which is used like filler and is harder on the system than giving them raw/cooked meat. It also has ingredients that don't have an origin to them so who even knows where or what it came from. What brand do you suggest? I've been giving my kitten meow mix because they have a kitten one and the pieces are small, but I didn't know it was so terrible :(
vamperus I would suggest a mix of (ideally) plain meat (raw or cooked) and any cat food that doesn't have a lot of starches or dyes. I've heard blue buffalo is pretty good but I would definitely look into it more. Also be careful about giving your cat (or dog even) leftover meat if it has onion or garlic in it (it can make them sick). There are breed and age/weight specific diets as well that you can look into to help insure that your kitty is getting all the nutrients necessary.

doubteddreams x one of it's main ingredients is corn which is used like filler and is harder on the system than giving them raw/cooked meat. It also has ingredients that don't have an origin to them so who even knows where or what it came from. What brand do you suggest? I've been giving my kitten meow mix because they have a kitten one and the pieces are small, but I didn't know it was so terrible :(
vamperus purina has a good mix
vamperus I would suggest a mix of (ideally) plain meat (raw or cooked) and any cat food that doesn't have a lot of starches or dyes. I've heard blue buffalo is pretty good but I would definitely look into it more. Also be careful about giving your cat (or dog even) leftover meat if it has onion or garlic in it (it can make them sick). There are breed and age/weight specific diets as well that you can look into to help insure that your kitty is getting all the nutrients necessary.
