Safe to say the venus flytrap could never be big enough to eat a person since something that big would need to eat something as big as us often enough to maintain those nutrients you mentioned. Side-note, it would probably take more than the 12 or so days to digest us cause regardless we are huge and that's a lot for a plant to digest... that thing would be happily nibbling on us for probably a month at least.
If say a cult wanted to do "plant god worship" then human sacrifice to a giant plant once a month would be a thing but then their town would eventually be found and set on fire. Bring a cigarette lighter if you get swallowed by a plant. Fire is a plant's weakness. Plus, the plant would have to have poisonous thorns to grab the human and put in it's mouth and fire resistant outer shell. A man eating spider would be worse though.

Unlike the flies, humans would carve THROUGH the plant pretty easily. Even if the shells of the plant was 2 feet thick, humans should be able to claw through it within an hour or two (once a human makes a wedge through clawing, humans would grab onto it and simply open it up.

A Venus flytrap would never be able to eat a person no matter what size it is and there are several reasons for this
The traps of a Venus flytrap would have to be 15 to 20 ft long and a trap that big would be attached to a stem size of a palm tree
If a Venus flytrap grow to that size you would call it a Venus bird trap because it would be adapted better at catching birds bats and squirrels and not people
That being said
We obviously can't fly and we can't climb as well as insects so climbing up that stem isn't exactly feasible
Venus fly traps catch their prey by baiting in with sweet nectar because it can't go after a fly it's rooted into the ground
People are much more intelligent than flies and I doubt anyone would into a giant Venus flytrap whether very sweet nectar or not
Bill comes of a giant Venus flytrap are more boring than you expected
First you would end up in the museum on display people would stare at it and gawk at it and talk about it a little bit but after a while all the news about a giant Venus flytrap being discovered would be over quite quickly and the excitement would die down and it would become as average as a tree aside from the fact that people might see it catch a few birds or squirrels every once in awhile but then that would become normal very soon
The other outcome it would end up in a giant pot and it would end up as a giant outdoor decoration
Due to the giant size these plants would be in high demand and someone would have to find a way to perfect the seeds and hope that the Sprouts have the same genes for a to grow a giant Venus flytrap
Obviously a giant Venus flytrap will be worth a lot of money but soon they'll be just about as interesting as that plant that you have on your windowsill
Nobody gets eaten well except for the birds and squirrels and other tree climbing animals
Venus flytrap giant would actually be quite boring
Nobody gets eaten nobody has nightmares and there is no Panic
I don't think we'll be able to digest clothes
What if school disappears one day before exam!!!!!
