Nothing better than going down those long lost red clay roads. That old house was so cool. So happy you found it.Some of that wood inside looked really in good shape. It was also rather big from what was left. I really like that one window that the shutter was hanging on to it. And it was all handmade just like the door. Loved every minute of this video. Thanks to the other Robert. 😊♥️👍👍👍👍👍🌟
Dear Other Robert, I so enjoyed seeing what you were seeing in this amazing old farm house....settler's house. Impressed by the size, impressed by your quiet observations. Know that you are much appreciated by those of us who live far, far away!

Hello from Texas 🇨🇱 Another great video. Like how you pointed out the different things inside that old house. Most young folks these days don't have a clue about how our ancestors lived and what they had to do to develop their lands. Your channels help to teach and remind us to be thankful and grateful for all our ancestors went through for us. Thank you for all you do. Stay safe. God bless 🌺 🐾
09:52 ... Octagon soap was first sold early in the 1900's and was still in limited production in 1999. During its most popular period it was a brown, roughly-cut, extruded bar of soap with coupons printed on the wrappers which could be collected and exchanged for various kinds of merchandise.
Thank you Robert, I really enjoyed the drive, the scenery, and seeing the old house. I know I have many relatives that live in Georgia, but sadly I will probably never make it that direction to ever meet them. ❤️🇨🇦
Lots of cool finds in the woods. Interesting house. Glad you are gonna go back to the church and graveyard. Nice drive through the countryside. Good video. From Minnesota
For those of us who 'know' & love you folks, these trips are pretty special. The sounds, the colors in this one are so vivid & exquisite...thank-you for taking us today.
I also noticed the "cardboard insulation". Wouldn't have taken much to disturb that corner stone foundation right before he stepped up into the cabin. I held my breath.
Robert, the scenery is beautiful around there, and OMG do I remember those " banana seats " on bikes from late 1960's-1970's. I had one. The sunset during the drive was beautiful. WOW, to see what is left of the foundation of what is left of that old home was amazing. what's that old saying, " If walls could talk"?? the history of that old place. Sigh. Almost looked like a dog trot style home. Robert, need to slow down a bit on the panning with the camera, other than that, which was giving me a headache, would love to know some history of that old home, and who built it and lived there at one time. wonder if there is a way to do that though country tide maps and county records??
I remember my old banana seat bike,it was yellow. I lived in Woodstock for awhile, it was pretty there on Lake Alatoona. I also remember the red clay, lol. Good times! You be careful traipsing around alone. Mostly in the old buildings, you know why. Great old gem there. Love the door, surprised it was so thin. Thanx for the trip! 💖🇺🇸😁
TOR, you really warmed up my romantic side! I found myself studying every nail, label, board, brick or trick that you exposed. I thoroughly enjoyed my 'trip' today! Thanks from salty Nova Scotia.
Hey Robert! That's a cool old house. I wonder how old it was...you could tell it was old by the wood and the layout as well as the paper and cardboard on the inner walls. I really don't know how they lived like that in the winter. We come from some tough stock, to be able to survive winters in a house like that. Bless their hearts. Thanks for taking us along. And I also liked the fact that you filmed the house inside without commentary...those old walls and floors said enough, I think. Stay safe!
Good thing that clay road trip was shot before this rain hit. Here east of the Flint River it's been nothing but heavy rain for at least a couple of days. I'm beginning to wonder if I should've built an Ark, lol.
There was a point that you were driving on the road that I wanted to say "Stop & back up. There's a trail there you should investigate." I hope it's a good & long time before "civilization" encroaches on that area.
I missed the commentary I enjoy you telling history of these different homes I wish that you would go to Sumter County and talk about some of the rich history there
Always great to see the other Robert. However, I miss seeing Robert, the other Robert and Codie together. Where's Codie. It has been a year or more since he has been in a video. I calculate he must be 19 or 20 now.
What a shame to let that old house just deteriorate with all the old wood and antique latches. Couldn't something be salvaged? You were brave climbing up into it with that sketchy floor.
Robert the Green, all hope that all is well with you and your family. It looks to me like a couple coats of paint on that house and you and the family could move right in! Being out and alone please be safe and carry a gun!
I found an old stone on a farm in bear Delaware that the born date was 1590. A great deal of indian artifacts were just laid up against a huge tractor shed. The owners were not going to let me metal detect the land because of a known to their family a Indian burial ground
Ain’t nothin like ol South Georgia… it’s like stepping back in time to the 50s and 60s still. Red dirt roads everywhere, and some are even highways lol General Stores that are still in business and is ran by Americans and not Indian owned 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Folks that liked there were trying to keep warm with cardboard on the walls, doesn't look that old either on some pieces. Probably just happy to have a roof over their heads! Some of wood looks lovely, maybe just on camera tho!

Don’t understand why people don’t reclaim that old wood?

You must be about my age. My bicycle was an OTASCO Flying-O Scorpion banana seat. I loved that bike and put many miles on it.

I loved the variety of things shown on video. My Grandpa use to live in an old farm house that I loved. Thank you.
Excellent work OR! 😸Robert is going to have to rewrite that contract if this continues to more than a steak sandwich☺💞
Lots of cool finds in the woods. Interesting house. Glad you are gonna go back to the church and graveyard. Nice drive through the countryside. Good video. From Minnesota
Great job Other Robert. Hello from North Carolina. Your programs are so awesome.

Another great video Mr Robert , keep well .
Thank you Robert for this great side step adventure. Just fantastic.
It's so good seeing you again Robert. I hope you are doing well and we see more of you.
Good sized cabin with a dog trot and added on room. Must have been covered in cardboard at one time. Square nails?
I also noticed the "cardboard insulation". Wouldn't have taken much to disturb that corner stone foundation right before he stepped up into the cabin. I held my breath.
Loved this! Thank you!
Just wonderful. Thank you for such an interesting and peaceful time. Take care.
Good to see you once again other Robert. You're doing an excellent job. Thank you I enjoyed this very much.
My husband descends from the Georgia Rylanders. Ignatius Bramwell Rylander is his G-grandfather.

That was my impression also about that cabin being a "dog trot".
Not sure,maybe Huffy? 🚲

Epic, wow.

Nice video. Love the silence while viewing. Robert just pointed and that was explanation enough. Cool.
I wonder what could have been in those jars Mr.Other Robert ? Might've been a little of the recipe
Enjoyed this! Thanks for showing us 🙌🏼🥰
Rolling through the dirt back roads is a relaxing way to spend a day...
Awesome
Cool old house! That road was cut deep in that bank! Thanks for the road trip!

I love your road-trips.🙂

Greetings from Kansas, Other Robert.
Nothing better than a dirt road.
Other Robert becarefull
Hi other Robert nice seeing you ❣️❣️
Fascinating old house! Thank you for taking us with you as you explore ♡♡♡
Another great trip to the past! Thank you….I was expecting a turkey buzzard to fly across room any minute lol
Oh to salvage that old wood. Wish the owners would do that instead of letting it waste away.
I love to go in old houses, just to see how they lived back then and reminds me of my grandparents house.
Looks like the old house had a Dogtrot, and it may have been closed in at one time. Two side with interior doors had outside siding.
That's a Lot Of Good Wood In The Old House.😎👍✌.
Hey guys! Good to see you two together again! Have a great Superbowl weekend and stay safe!💜✌
I was waiting for Robert to go through the floor !
It's weird that I could hear your voice in my head as you pointed out various details in the cabin. Good talk! 😁
0:02 I came to a fork in the road, so I took it. 👍
There was a point that you were driving on the road that I wanted to say "Stop & back up. There's a trail there you should investigate." I hope it's a good & long time before "civilization" encroaches on that area.
Nice ride with the other Robert🙂 if that old house could talk!!
I had a banana seat bicycle just like that when I was little!❤️❤️❤️
Nice to be out and about with the other Robert..
Robert I agree with you. Looks like a Western Auto bike. I had one when I was a kid. You should take that bike home and fix it up.
6:14 This is what the real estate brokers call a fixer upper with mature landscaping .
I had a bike just like that when I was little. That was neat to see.
I missed the commentary I enjoy you telling history of these different homes I wish that you would go to Sumter County and talk about some of the rich history there
That old metal Anti-freeze can you should of kept. I'm almost 57, and I don't remember those.
Well I was bored til I watch the video... thanks for the ride 😁
I would love to have gone exploring with y'all when I was younger.
It makes me sad. abandoned. When I think All the people in this world who are homeless. So many veterans out on the street.
Hi! so epic editing!so long- ;))
Robert I like running around with you on here I like the places you go.
Those handle bars were called Ape Bars like on the Motorcycles 🤗
Oh my gosh! Daffodils!
I didn't see any electrical or modern fixtures in the home. A real treasure
Aloha 🥰🌺
Those yellow daffodils are called lent lillies. They were a passalong plant.
When you come to a fork in the road, take it
That’s for a great video! 👍
Get your front axles replaced ya can hear the clicking when you turned
I thought that if you find old mason jars were markers for graves
Always great to see the other Robert. However, I miss seeing Robert, the other Robert and Codie together. Where's Codie. It has been a year or more since he has been in a video. I calculate he must be 19 or 20 now.
Abandoned house amsr 🤩

Which one did Grandpa always like best, Robert or the other Robert?

Yes, I had a banana seat on my first bike.
Need to get up around Adrian some old home sighs and grave yards
ROBERT, THOSE BANANA BIKE ARE WORTH SOME BUCKS!
Hey Uncle Robert
Maybe an old still?
Nice cabin ?
I'n it's hay day !
Is it relatively safe to travel the back roads in the south?
Sometimes
Wow, that poor old house is almost done for. It's dead from not being cared for, for what looks to be a very long time.
