Can I use any kind of oil? Like can I use jojoba oil insted of almond oil?

That's about as much Italien I know - thank the google gods for google-translate ;) But yes you can use any oil as long as it isn't cooking oils, like sunflower or canola oil. But oils like olive, coconut or other nut oils (walnut, peanut etc) can be used, but just be aware that they have to be unscented, so they won't ruin the smell of the perfume ^^ I hope this helps ^^

Can I use Vaseline instead beeswax ?

Vaseline doesn’t harden and is more liquid than beeswax. So I would recommend you using beeswax:)

Of course, you can add any kind of smell to it to personalise it for the right one ^^
