Im very Social anxious and do semen retention for 85 days but I think 30-40 days in flatline idk it’s weird.. i want to become a positive person by myself through semen retention.. if not I don’t know what to do maybe therapy
its a process and a rearrangement and reorientation in our entire being and psyche. The consciousness is shifting and waking up out of bad habits. that is a process and requires patience and no judgement and no expectations about thinking you should be more higher or perfect than what u presently are. Understanding this is the best therapy.

its been years for me retaining. if we are clear with our vibration that we arent interested in the flirting, playing attraction thing then the girl will have no choice but to step up her vibration or she will leave. All we need to do is be clear and honest within and then life sorts it out.
