This house is on another type of level seriously. So much usable space. I caught several different vibes in the home so it’s like it can be home and vacation spot and business meeting savvy, and entertainment space. It’s quirky for sure. ✅

This home is a robbers dream, the fences are trash. The one on the side is so high up from the bottom they coyld just roll right under it. The brown fence is total trash. The house is ok, needs some work.
It's a wonderful entertainer's house with very nice finishes. But for $2.6M I would expect this house on at least .8 acres somewhere outside of Atlanta and not on a busy street.
Too much traffic........ Also if you put the Master suite on the main floor the upstairs becomes obsolete.... no yard either but still a beautiful house

Both kitchens need a tiny just a tiny upgrade !! I love it !! And that indoor pool and that space is wow !!!! Definitely worth it!!
