Many americans here complains that it's not real darts. Well don't watch it if you're not happy. Even Paul Lim, the first one to hit a 9 darter loves soft tip. And for those saying it's not a challenge for having 50/50 bull, yes the target is big. But that also increases the competitiveness of the game, the pressure is bigger if your opponent is constantly making hat trick then there you are shitting yourself and can't even land one. Darts is not all about throwing, it includes your mentality and your self-esteem.
André La Rosa- well said! Although, paul lim did not hit the first 9 darter but did hit a very famous one. I believe John Lowe hit the first televised 9 dart out in the early 80s where Paul’s was in the early 90s.
Joe Blow in person he is very arrogant. If you see him at tournaments you can see that he is. My dad was a good friend of his and when Leonard Gates started to get "famous" he became really cocky.
