Very useful for my teeth and I am doing it myself ever since I got my braces. Flossing with brackets and wires attached to your teeth can be pretty tough, but it is an important step in any dental hygiene routine. As per my flemington dentist at diamonddentalassociates.com/ , you can use a water flosser as well to get the tight spots in between your teeth clean.

Hi, I know I am replying a bit late now... but you shouldn't rinse your mouth after using mouthwash as it contains fluoride which takes some time to work.
