Another awesome demo! I had a MG-1 for many years, and it definitely has the Moog gene (it was made by Moog Music Inc. for Radio Shack in 1982). I suspect, however, that you controlled it via a Midi-to-CV interface and a computer sequencer. Nobody can play staccato this precisely in real time on a keyboard. Either that, or you sampled it in another machine and played back those samples.
Brilliant! I really love the purist concept of 'all sounds made with the same synth'. This really is an immensely underrated synth (which I am happy to say has a permanent spot in my studio)
Awesome! Great way to demo what this synth is/was capable of. I still have the MG-1 that I bought new in 1982 and had some restoration work done on it last year. It was my first and in some ways will always be my favorite synth (although I'm obsessed with the Prophet '08 at the moment). Thanks for this video.
Excellent track! I just picked up an MG-1, and this is seriously inspiring. I knew this synth was underrated, but your video proves just how capable it is. Bravo!
What a wonderful song, I keep returning to it time and again! It's happy, uplifting and haunting at the same time - beautiful! Especially the melody at 1:36 is brilliant. Thanks for the music, makes me smile every time!
I’ve never heard an MG-1 sound this good before 💖
ahhhh!!!!! I love it. You got some great some sounds out of that thing. You have differnt slider knobs than me. this is like MG-1 pr0n! Great work!!!

You sir are AWESOME! This is great electronic music made all the more incredible that you made it with just a MG-1 and some fx's. Bravo.
