He needs to think about using fertilizer with weed killer in it to kill the stickers in his lawn. Just mowing doesn't kill the roots.
Weed killer then wait 2 weeks for sod or fertilized to fill in the spots.

I think it is great that you remember what each customer wants and provide that to them. You two are really great and I am glad you are back.
Good idea on looking over the property following rain, to see if there are problem areas. Appreciate you were able to track weather and it helped you be able to do properties. That was a fun story about ducks swimming in a rain "lake" in one yard. Best wishes.
