Book cover design is full of creativity and magic, so let's take a closer look at this amusing process 🔥
Today we'll show you how our designers created a cover for Tammy Tyree's paranormal story Witches and Walk-Ins 🧙‍♀️
✨We worked on the image of the MC first. We used a stock image and improved it by changing the eyes of the girl, retouching the entire picture, and changing the color of the eyes and makeup to make the girl look even more witchy.
✨ Next, we used a view of the castle in the mountains for the background, changed the picture's color scheme to turn day to night, and added a huge full moon in the clouds to communicate the book's mystical vibe.
✨Finally we added more magical and eye-grabbing details, such as a ball of light in the MC's hands and floating sparkles, ensured the highlights and shadows are correct, and retouched the whole image.
