well goddess power of a corruped (by alcohol) dragon god quelzalcoatl is extrememy powerfull even if she act like one of the easyest to "please" dragon! second most powerfull dragon bein fafnir but he is a true evil dragon... (tooru is mostly the one with big potential but too young ( for a dragon) and kana... well she is a kid ( in dragon age) i would put eruma just behind tooru)!

Honestly, even with the other scene when the dragons are playing by themselves, that scene where he just guts the guy with the ball is just epic, favorite part hands down.

One thing about the studio doing this anime, certain parts of if come of as "simple" or "low effort" but my god the amount of attention given to the "action scenes" is absolutely top shelf level. I'm not in the least bit bashing them. I could watch the entire series with their version of "low effort" because it makes American cartoons and other series look like something a 1st grade created. This is amazing quality anime here. Thank you so much.
I actually completely disagree, less motion-heavy scenes are still animated incredibly well and even the most basic character movements tend to be given a lot more scope. Take basic walking animations. In this show movement of any kind actually feels quite fluid, same same the animations of passers by, they tend to animate full walk cycles etc. So i don't think it's a case of the studio saving the big guns for more epic moments as opposed to the studio giving lesser moments the perfect amount of detail :)

I love that Lucoa is never actually violent.
We never see her at full power even once, we just have glimpses of her being just two or three tier above the rest in terms of raw power, wisdom, and even magic. She looks like a bimbo with a perpetual smile, but she's the most mysterious character of all
Contevent and she nearly always has her eyes closed, only opening them for important reasons. Not to mention she was a Quetzalcoatl, a dragon deemed as a god in many cultures.
She was a god... ofc her power is way beyond tohru and fafnir

13 episodes, an OVA, and some shorts. I would recommend, it's a pretty great show.
