Attenuation is built in ...there's a button combo that lets you set each channel to half, quarter, etc voltages.

Loved that! My modular journey has just begun and I am beginning now to appreciate the value of modules like this... great demo, Robin!

Fantastic video. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. I am a big fan of this module (I recently got it, along with the Constellation) and am still learning it - so your video just fired me up more! I found the Maestro instantly approachable and within a couple of minutes of fumbling around, I could figure out what was happening. Very intuitive. I actually like the fact that I have to select buttons (with intention) to initiate something - rather than Latch where I think I would easily forget what was going on, as you alluded to in your review. Thank you again. Cheers.

Robin, Brilliant review! You seem to know all about the Maestro LFO, have you been studying it for months? How do you do it? You describe the functions so well - you are the Maestro of Modules!

Haven't been able to afford a new module in months but this is definitely high on the list.

@Andrew Maestro is so playable. It is a joy to jam on while keeping in time with your sequencer of choice humming along.

Hey Molten, what stand are you using for that yellow eurorack case? It looks sturdy!

What are you using as a VCO ? Also what modules are the 3rd and 4th starting at bottom left of your yellow rack after the STOs?

I'm using the Nano ONA oscillator i think which is the one next to the ST0s. Next to that is the 3PT LFO from Robaux

Can you record CV into this module and play it back etc?

I love mine such a fun powerful modulator. Robin, can you do a review and tutorial on the Rossum Mob of Emus? That module is one serious head scratcher for me.

Ha! Unlikely, I can’t find any reason why I’d want one.

I have Maestro but not used yet as I’m learning modular, what inputs on other modules would I use from outs on Maestro???
    Excellent review Robin, exciting module
    Thanks once again

All inputs are open for your experimentation. Just patch and see what you discover. 🙂

Start with filter cutoffs as that always has a dramatic effect and then experiment with any CV inputs to anything - could be delay time, reverb depth, pitch, pulse width, level - anything that can be modulation (changed) with a CV input.

What would be a cheaper substitute for this massive lfo controller?

@Moltend Music Technology interesting module, can you adjust the phase tho?

    • @MoltenMusicTech
      @MoltenMusicTech  4 ปีที่แล้ว

No, but you have an inverted triangle if that helps

    • @danvandal4127

@@MoltenMusicTech this kills it for me, more than the attenuators do. I love the fact that it's hands on and has that chaining feature.

Newbie here; What does it mean to adjust the phase and what could it be used for? Great review btw 🤗
