I tried that broccoli slaw for the first time because of this video. Put 3 cups of spinach, handful of baby spring mix, 1 serving of almonds, (guilty pleasure) 6 croutons, broccoli slaw, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese topped with Vinegar dressing. Unreal!!!!
When counting calories, whether for a cut/maintenance/bulk, should I factor in approximately how many calories my workouts and walking all day will burn? Or should I just count my meal calories for the day and leave the daily activity/exercise calorie burn to the unknown?
Nick it's great that you're eating most your carbs around your workouts. Definitely great for best performance and muscle glycogen re-synthesis post work when coupled with at least 28g of whey protein and some creatine! I've been doing the same lately and have maintained my level of leanness as well post cut. Love the content man.

250g protein, 200g carbs, 75g fat = 2475 calorites = 32%c/40%p/27%f. I do similar 30/40/30 formula as well, but higher total calories. Without supplements its hard for me to get that kind of protein. I think power cords don't come with new units because there is a decent chance you would just use the old one from the previous unit. Dish washers tend to be the same way. Great vid.

Casey Freiberg I used coconut oil but mine had 4 times more MCT oil than regular coconut oil and I didn't track it cause people add it to crap diets to lose weight. I got real strong fast while on a 1800 calorie diet but had to stop lifting weights cause It was making me too hungry. And potatoes full of potassium which is overlooked but give you more power in the gym than say white rice.
I tried to out train a bad diet in the gym but everything changed when I cut out all processed foods...as well as cut out the soda and went to water. Sure wasn't easy kicking my sugar addiction but I agree. You have to want it. You have to have an inspirational photo close by. Something you can look at and remember what you wanted in the first place. It can be rough. But eating much better sure has helped the body not get sick...

Biggest piece of advice is to rent some Santander cycles. The drivers are very attentive to cyclists and there are drop-off/pick-up points everywhere; it will allow you to pick up a cycle at another station after dropping one off based strictly on your card info. Great way to see as much as possible in a way that's exhilarating and fun.
