Nice Job :D Sub-7s are a difficult milestone! Just a few things I noticed while watching: You're not slide-jumping, which helps _immensely_ when it comes to conserving the speed generated by sliding down stairs In saferoom 0 / 1, you hide instead of immediately going to saferoom 1 / 2 on the final carnation (yeah you can just do that) Your slide-jump spamming is AMAZING, though there are certain places in which you aren't slide-jump spamming (e.g; certain parts of some lever rooms, some saferoom transitions) At the start of saferoom 3, you wait for carnation to pass instead of going into the early hiding spot (said hiding spot can be seen on the left at 2:23) Going around elkman into the next room instead of backtracking not only is more consistent, but is also much quicker (5:56) This one is quite obscure, but going fully into a hiding spot makes carnation go by faster; even though you don't die when standing where you positioned yourself at 2:50, it doesn't speed up carnation Heed is VERY generous, you really only need them to be on your screen for about half of the time spent going through a room (on screen and staring right at them is basically the same to heed) Sorrow & dozer could be risked harder maybe? (they both only check if the player satisfies their condition as they disappear, not as they're there; dozer doesn't care if you're moving until the last frame of their eyes being open, sorrow only kills you if you're not under something as the shaking stops) Note: I don't mean to be like "you need to do all of this NOW or you're a TERRIBLE RUNNER!!!", just take it as ways to improve (other than slide-jumping, it's really not that hard I promise /hj) A sub-7 is a good accomplishment, I just think that you have potential to do much, _much_ better
ALSO, sorrow's condition is very generous; if there's a place you usually have to slide into, holding forward into that area without sliding counts as being under it, holding forward on the wall that has a door counts as being under the ledge above said wall AND walking right next to a closed door counts as being under the doorframe, even if you release forward (unless you look to the left / right)
@@SindaX. Slide Jumping does take a bit of practice, mainly to avoid jumping into things / above stairs, but it will be much faster once learned; even if you jump over 1/3 of the stairs in the entire game, it's likely still moderately faster ("likely" because its dependent on room RNG)
sliding down stairs generates a large amount of momentum, and jumping whilst carrying this momentum in a slide conserves this momentum _very_ well, though that isn't shown in the video
@@QuietKid13865 Setting crouch to M1 is also _very_ helpful when it comes to slide spamming (though I'm not sure how its better for sliding down stairs; enlighten me if you will)

as well as sliding down the stairs, you can set your sprint key to W and crouch to M1 to make it way easier to slide down stairs and b-hop
