For just $400+😃
Hello there, I always wanted to contact them because I want to fix my device, would you be able to share on how to proceed. Thanks in advance :)
They will not replace the unit. I recently bought the Surface Pro 4 second hand, and they refused to replace the laptop because the warranty expired a year ago. So the best course of action to solve this "unfixable" problem is to send it to a person who knows how to install a surface screen. What microsoft will not tell us is that the defect comes from the screen being overheated, meaning that the screen will begin to malfunction if put on a hot temp. Just replace the screen with the surface pro 5, you will never have to deal with this issue again.
Is that when you change the screen of the pro 4 surface the flickering problem disappears
