@@TyXtra I ordered on the 23rd of July Friday, It got shipped same day and was ready for delivery Wednesday 4th August. So 12 days (8 not including weekends) unfortunately for me the day it was due, the delivery truck broke down so had to wait until today. 😭

ZX is very comfortable to sit on than the RX both bikes are fun to ride, if you're new to the ebike world than the ZX is for you but if you don't mind spending abit more money for more powerful bike, then RX is for you. @@TyXtra That's what I meant, handlebar grips! Mine were extremely difficult so ended up cutting it off and replacing the grips, I also can't undo the brake & gears as the allen key screw is so tight, any tips?
I rolled the grips backwards it was hard because they had spray some sticky thing inside it to grip that bar... And the Allen key shouldn't be that tight, you need some good Allen with good hand grips.... Will upload a video this week showing you how I had removed the grips brakes etc

Only problem with this video is that he has an american bike by the look of it. With the UK app you only have modes 1 and 4. So if you have a throttle, you can only use unlimited mode 4 - unlike the US version which has throttle mode 2 enabled. l find mode 4 too fast and dangerous. Mode 2 would have been useful.

Without new firmware update I was reaching 26/27 mph with throttle, pedalling top speed without throttle installed was 25 mph.... I believe the new update would make it faster and haven't done range test yet you have to subscribe for future videos on that one 🤙🏾

Oh I had issues when the bike wouldnt turn on a few times and someone in our group ride had issues same as you which he ended up fixing himself... I think it's a common issue..

How did you get your handle bars off to put the throttle?
I didn't take the whole handlebars off, I just removed the gears, brakes and handlebars grips to insert the throttle on, it was a 10 min job.

Lmao i installed mine on the 8th but could not use due to manafacturer not registering the bikes and got hydraulic brakes much better.

The motor is not a 250 watt ....it is a 750 watt motor.
It is limited in 250 watt in mode 1
