    Its dual. It means you can use either of the 2. There is no distinction. You can use either of the 2 to the best that benefits you

      Your child is Kenyan with German citizenship and that’s what the teachers see a black child not the passport ,, what you are saying does not make sense, you are creating the identity crisis for your child yourself by telling him that he German for no Ethnic German will accept him as one when he walks out the door people see a black child you should prepare him for that , he needs to know that when he says he is Kenyan with German citizenship it’s good enough and no one will try to say other wise
